      I purchased a bedroom set from these thief with platinum warranty, little did I know all the colors started to strip off they send a repair man come to my house he make it worse he take a photo and show it to his boss say it can't be repair I have been waiting almost 2years now and they keep giving me a run around but this have to fix I'm not going to take it lightly that's my hard working money, I would advise i people to stay away from Raymore i wish u could give zero star company don't spend your money there, I spoke to shanett g****** and management name Evelyn, I have no more patients to wait I need help

      Purchased a dining set for $4000. The chairs were NEVER sat in. The leather disintegrated. We called the store on Roosevelt Blvd in Philadelphia and the supervisor, Amber, was very rude. She wouldn’t provide the store manager’s name and then hung up. DO NOT PURCHASE LEATHER FURNITURE FROM THIS STORE!!!

      I Purchased a 5 PC Bedroom set and a Counter Height Table Set with 4 Counter HT Stools from Raymour and Flanigan at Secaucus Location on 08-01-22
      Two Kitchen Table Screws Popped Out From One Side Of The Table, One of the Counter stool is missing a screws, The other stool one of the screw that hold your weight wasn't all the way in, and the bottom of the stool was damaged,
      The bedroom set bracket that holds the mirror was used, dirty, damage and bent, I received the headboard dirty.
      On Aug-08-22 I Spoke To The Manager At The Secaucus Location, She Was More Interested In How She Looks Instead Of My Furniture Problems That I Bought From Raymour And Flanigan
      On Aug-10-22 My Second Delivery Of The New Furniture That Is Replace The Damage Furniture Came In, What They Did Is Cleaned Up The Damage Furniture And Send It Back To Me With The Scratches And Dents.
      Raymour And Flanigan Should Change Their Name To Raymour And Flanigan Junk Store Because That Is What They Are Selling.

      I am so disappointed in this place. I have called them MULTIPLE times to come and fix my chair and no one will call me back (I always get their voicemail). What's the point of paying all of that money for the protection plan if no one follows through??? It feels like a scan and I will NOT be going back to this store again.

      Raymour and Flanigan came out to my apartment in northeast Philadelphia May 31st at approximately 2:00 pm. I met with an employee by the name of Ernest. I showed him the damages before he began the work. My mother was on the call that was the women who purchased the furniture. He claimed " he will be able to fix the damages for the spots and dirt marks that was on the different pieces of sectional. I have a court case against Liverpool/ woodhaven service center. I am requesting for a full refund and for Raymour to pick up all of they furniture. I paid 2137.00 for furniture and if you can't do this service. Raymour will fail to do any future services I may need. On your website you can pay for service once platinum runs out. Ernest even used upholstery which made the couch wet stained and even worst. I am not happy with Raymour. My name is ******** ******. I will see them in court ****** **** **** **** **
