      Me and the wife went to this outlet to purchase a mattress, I don’t even know where to begin. We were trying to do the $60 down financing no credit check, a special they had on Black Friday. We ended up walking out with a credit card that we had no idea about. They rushed us in an out and we were left clueless. A couple weeks later we have a credit card show up that we never initially asked for. They told us our payments were suppose to be $66 a month instead we got stuck paying $150 a month. The overall experience was horrible, we ended up with a hit on the wife’s credit and a credit card we never asked for. The mattress is great but the overall customer service was absolutely horrible. We thought it was illegal to just sign someone up for a credit card without going over the information regarding what we were initially signing up for. The manager never actually helped us they were just looking for a quick sale. I will never come back to this outlet. The last thing was we asked for myself to be added on the account and the older guy that was helping us took down my information and never actually added me to the account. Sketchy in my opinion.

      ***BEWARE OF FALSE PROMISE***
      This is the most disappointing experience from the Raymour & Flanigan store at Fairfield, NJ.
      We ordered a set of sectional couch for our living room from the store on Apr 27th, 2025. While placing the order, we ensured that everything is in stock and ready for delivery. We were promised of the same and were informed that they could deliver all the pieces by Apr 30th. We made our payment in full and placed the order. We requested that we will schedule the delivery for a later date as we had to get rid of our current couch to make space for the new sectional.
      The sales team gladly agreed and promised that they will be ready to deliver as soon as we call them and schedule a date. Our family is coming to visit us for the first time in 11 years and my wife & 10 year old daughter were all excited to have this new piece of furniture.
      Now, on May 11th, we called the store and the sales team who helped with the purchase to schedule delivery of this couch and they gave a date of May 14th which we gladly agreed.
      This evening (May 12th @ 4:30 pm) I get a call saying our sectional is out of stock and they can deliver the left arm and a chair and rest can’t be delivered on May 14th.
      While the whole unit was in stock when ordered, and the fact that we paid in full to get this piece means it is ‘sold’ to us. I can’t believe it suddenly goes out of stock.
      This has put us in a miserable position a caused a lot of stress. While the dealership said sorry and washed their hands off this situation, we are now left scrambling thinking how to accommodate our family visiting us and what arrangements to make. Our old couch is gone and the living room is empty. We can’t ask the folks coming to visit us in 11 years to seat comfortably on the floor. This has messed up all our planning personally and made us helpless at the last minute. My daughter is crying ever since she heard this as she can’t see her grand parents being troubled.

      they sold me a mattress on saterday and I paid cash on the spot .then when I went to a scedueled pickup on th next saterday ,I was told that it wont be available for another month

      Pls do not buy from the store at North Brunswick NJ. They are selling warranty scams and do not stand by their product. Had a horrible experience on April 11th 2025. The quality of product has degraded significantly. There is absolutely zero value for what they offer.

      I got my couch inspected. The woman who called me back said "what happened to the couch?". She said the platinum protection plan wouldn't cover anything but accidentally damage. Meanwhile there's accidental damage all over the entire couch. I have a special needs child. The thing is, there's springs broken and they've cut into my child's foot. I would expect a new couch if I'm paying that much for a warranty and or protection plan, however I didn't realize it literally covers, nothing, these people are funny to keep it in the VERY FINE print..... I told the woman at the very least I need to be given a refund or the purchase of a protection plan that's useless. I suppose I should just break the foundation of the couch instead but there will never be a next time with this company. My Dad always dealt antiques. I took a risk on this furniture company. I've always loved antiques for their reliability. I will never buy anything from Raymour and Flanigan again. I will make sure to post my experience on every social media outlet I am on! And let other's know not to make a purchase of such a useless protection plan! Not only did that happen but to lay it on thicker, customer service is ignorant.

      After giving them the benefit of the doubt and letting them inspect my furniture twice they continued to tell me that there was no manufacturer warranty after six months of owning these couches.
      The fake leather has completely peeled off and they are absolutely trash.
      As far as what I know all furniture comes with a manufacturer warranty, however they’re telling me due to a few scratches that are on the surface not through the leather but it is not warrantable. Meanwhile if you walk their showroom floor you will see that their couches have the same exact scratches and that it is not an issue in my house but Moore so an issue with their furniture.
      I will be going to small claims court.

      Do not get the protection plan. It is 100% a scam. They stated it worked one way and when we went to use it, they stated that none of it is actually covered. So basically, the plan was worthless and was not how it was described to us when we purchased it. The couches did not last long (we are on year 3 and they started deteriorating by year 2) and now we need to get a new set elsewhere. Please save your money.

      We purchased the platinum warranty on a new sofa and recliner. When I contacted them to follow-up on structural damage to furniture; they said they will not honor the warranty because the fabric has pulls from our cats. What???!!! By the way…the salesperson assured us that the material (microfiber) is impermeable to the cats claws! No they won’t honor warranty!

      Horrible and Unacceptable Communication!!!!!
      After my original bedroom set was discontinued, I purchased another set through the platinum protection plan. The ********* furniture arrived on time. While making the purchase, I was asked if I wanted the warranty, and of course I said yes. 2 years after purchasing this set, the drawer attached to the bed began to crack. After a technician was sent out, I was informed that the technician was a "courtesy" and that the insurance covered every thing except for my bed. To that I replied when I received insurance I wasn't aware that I had to ask if all of my furniture was covered. October 25, 2024 I sent payment to replace the drawer. I have contacted customer service on multiple occasions to confirm the status or any updates regarding my order. Yesterday, March 11, 2025, I called and was told that I would receive a link to schedule a drop off time. After selecting a date and time for delivery, I received a phone call from customer service stating that because I have been waiting for the replacement for so long they have availability next Saturday and someone will call to establish an appointment window. Was that the consolation? I spent thousands of dollars with this company and this is the customer service rendered? I am beyond disappointed in the lack of decency expected from a company such as Raymour and Flanigan.
