      I brought a night table that has a bad chemical odor and they refuse to refund me.
      Raymour and Flanigan exhanged it 3 times and each night table smelled like chemicals that permeated my apartment to the point it was making me sick.
      When the delivery person was handling the night table, he even said the odor was bad.
      Now they refuse to refund me and I have returned all three tables.
      The customer service lady said "good luck trying to get your money back" and laughed.
      So, now I am out the money!
      Please beware buyers!

      I ordered several thousand dollars worth of furniture. The first piece arrived damaged. I called and emailed several times to get it replaced and got no response. Finally, I decided to just keep it but demand they give me a discount.
      The next piece that arrived was the wrong color. Again, took several attempts from customer service to return it. After they finally picked it up they said I would have to start the reorder process all over again to get the right color. I found the same desk somewhere else for $400 dollars cheaper! I'm now waiting on my sofa. I was told it would be arriving shortly after Oct. 1. This morning I called to find out the ETA and they said the date had been changed to NOV. 14th! I will NEVER use this company again.

      ****** ****** leather is slitting and and Cushing is dropping I called the warranty department September 17 and they said someone will come out a fix it September 24,2022 they called me Friday September 23,2022 and said they not coming to fix the problem because the warranty don't cover that but a week earlier they said I was covered for repairs I purchased a warranty and I want answers and I will never purchase anything else from them

      I purchased a number of products from them when I moved into my new place. The office chair, costing about $150, fell apart to the point it could not be used. The area rug, costing about $140, created so much sand dust, it scratched my hard wood floor.

      Don't buy anything from Raymour & Flanigan. The furniture material is of a very poor quality, the cloth seems to produce dry rough lint particles which cause severe allergies, the furniture pieces appear to be made in Indonesia or Thailand. They charge a lot of money for the furniture and it’s poorly made, they cut corners by using inexpensive and dangerous toxic materials. I contacted the customer care at the showroom, they made an appointment so the technician could visit. I scheduled the appointment for August 11th, he called me the day before the appointment and asked me to send him a picture of the furniture, He never responded. The next day he failed to show up, I called the office to find out his location and apparently the technician stated; he called to tell me he was canceling the visit. Which was not true, the technician never stated about not coming to try to resolve this issue. Needless to say I lost the whole day waiting for the technician. I called the main office once again and tried to find out what I could do with the furniture. They said they will call me the next day. I really thought they would take this seriously, I was wrong. It appears they are not going to rectify the situation. After 14 days I reached out and I spoke to the store manager and he was very rude and dismissive, the manager told me it was my problem, the company will not be rectifying or do anything with the furniture since it was shedding some sort of toxic lint, he added I needed to find a professional cleaning service for the new furniture, this was my responsibility and not theirs as they are not responsible for the way the material is made. They are horrible and you will regret ever buying anything from this company.

      Worst shopping experience of my life. I have been looking for the perfect dinning room set to match the modern traditional vibes I am crating in my new home. I loved the ***** ***** set at R&F and was excited and about purchasing the set and browsing for potential pieces of the master bed room and great room. My excitement quickly turned to embarrassed disbelieve when an associate Zambi came over not to help but to inquire why I was there in a rather unfriendly tone. I told her I already knew what I was looking for and just wanted to look at a few more pieces to see if there was anything else I as interested in. She mad a rude noise and alluded to me that if I were not going to buy anything then I should not be in the store. Needless to say I was offended enough to leave and have no plans to go back to that location. I would avoid the upper west side location in NY as they hire employees that are rude condescending and disrespectfully.

      I was really looking forward to purchasing a few pieces for my condo and was recommended this store by friends. I decided against buying from them due to lack of care and professionalism shown by their sales rep, Zambi. Zambi made me feel unwelcome, embarrassed and humiliated, insinuating that I could not afford the furniture and was better off elsewhere. As a customer I have a right to browse my options before making a decision, who are you to make such assumptions and judge a customer like that? You didn’t give me privacy to browse, neither did you make an attempt to help me search for what I was looking for, just jumped immediate conclusion that you had nothing to offer me and I could not afford you. With employees like that and your ethics, you definitely have nothing to offer. I wonder how many potential customers you’ve lost, I’m sure I’m not the only one who was profiled like this by your employee if they already had the audacity to come to me and behave in that manner.

      I purchased a leather sofa and purchased the platinum protection for 5 years. A year later, the armrest storage assembly broke. Tech came out, took a picture and said two weeks for replacement part. Ramour calls me a day later saying they cannot order the part and need to replace entire sofa. Which then would void put my platinum protection when I still had 4 years left on the plan. Total scam.

      Worst possible mistake you can make buying a furniture from Raymour and Flanigan. We bought a dining table set and it started to scratch even if you clean it. Within a week it is full of scratches. Called the customer service, they schedule a service for repair and the service person said it is not repairable. Then they offered me to get a new Table which I refused because it will be the same on the next one as well. It is a faulty product and we don't want the same of it. I asked for refund for the product and they can take the Dining set but they dont want to do that, there is not return policy even though their product is faulty. After speaking to their supervisor, they offered me to change the Dining set but when I went to store and take a new one they said you can only take the table not the whole set. How stupid is this, i have faulty dining set and they will only replace the table with a completely different table with a different set of chairs?? How stupid is this. I requested them many times to either let me return the product or replace with a new one. They didnt give me any of that. This is most horrible return policy for a company. They will give you bad/faulty/broken product and you have to keep them regardless. This is stealing peoples money in broad daylight. Legal action should be taken for this company. I would never recommend anyone to buy furniture from Raymour, who doesn't even make their own furniture.

      Better off buying your furniture through Amazon than this fraud of a company. If a company offers no return policy and never states it upfront, it is a red flag to look somewhere else. Even if the product in store vs ordered is 100% different. I was scammed out of $167 with a bad pillow product and told there’s no return policy even though I was informed I could return if I didn’t like it at home. Called customer service and was said there’s no return accepted and onlines, it seems the company offers no returns. Wish something was said upfront or salesperson didn’t have to lie to the customer in order for the store to keep afloat. What a ******* rip off.
