    it was a chilly, rainy day when they did the work. WONDERFUL people. put down drop cloths to keep my floors clean. made sure the vents were working well. it was actually a replacement. they removed the old and put in the new. they were very kind, polite, and they cleaned up after themselves. would recommend everyone involved - the comfort advisor and the 3 workers. all were great!!!!

    Rhys came this morning to inspect our central air system and was extremely attentive to details . After taking great care inside and out he said we were good to go. Rhys did offer two helpful ideas . He spotted a vine very close to the outside unit and let us know it should be dealt with so it does not get tangled us in our unit. Rhys also noted that the lawnmower service had blown gas’s cuttings into The outside air condition unit ! This could be a be costly . We do appreciate Rhys careful, caring manner. Five stats to this young tech

    Service technician (Matt H.) called to say he was enroute, and showed up promptly at front end of promised time given. He was personable, as well as knowledgeable about the service required. Completed the required system checks, and explained in detail his findings, and answered all of our questions. Would highly recommend Charles Heating and A/C as well as this technician!

    I had an appointment with Charles Heating and Plumbing today (05-16-2025) between 11 AM and 1 PM. Matt H. showed up right on time. He was very professional and very friendly. He checked out our furnace and air conditioning unit to make sure it was ready for the summer months. After he was finished he showed me what he had done. I would highly recommend Matt H. and Charles Heating and Plumbing for all your plumbing and heating needs. Charles Heating and Plumbing should be proud to have Matt H. on their team. Thanks for doing such a great job.

    We had Todd install a new AC unit at our house. He showed up exactly at the time they said and was very professional. I was very impressed how he took in consideration how clean he kept his work and our house . He made sure no dirt or grass was being brought into the house. After completing his work he walked us through everything we needed to know . He even went above and beyond on things he noticed that were not even included on the install. I will recommend Charles heating to everyone that asks me. Thanks Todd!!!
