    My furnace was not working, I called Charles Heating & Air Conditioning. Dustin J**** came. He was punctual, courteous and fixed the problem. I was very satisfied with the service.

    Had a service call on our furnace on Sunday. Charles sent a technician here Sunday and by Monday afternoon we had a new furnace installed. Great response, service and very professional. Dan and Coop explained the operation of our new equipment and how to take care of it. Well deserved five stars.

    Amin was exceptional and very thorough. Frank followed up two days later and gave us some very good advice as well as being extremely detailed in finding a root cause. Charles has a great team if experts.

    Had a great experience with Charles heating. Parker was on time for service call. He was friendly and covered his shoes before coming in the house. Went to basement to do a cleaning and checkup of my gas furnace. He did a complete job. Explained to me what he had done. Was a pleasure, and I hope to see him again.

    We signed up for "Charles Club" several months ago. Membership includes discounts for services and annual, no-charge, check-ups for our heating and air conditioning systems. Our heating system check-up was done on January 9. The technician, Parker, was courteous, thorough, and very professional. I was interested in the process and asked Parker several questions. Parker patiently answered each question. He explained what he was doing and the reason for each activity. He also suggested how I could keep the system in good working order.

    Based on this experience, I will contact Charles Heating for all my heating, AC, plumbing, and electrical needs.

    I had the first tune-up and cleaning as part of the Charles Club today. Jayden the technician was prompt (in fact a few minutes early!), helpful and professional when he did our seasonal cleaning and tune-up. He is knowledgeable and considerate of questions we had. So appreciative and happy with Charles Heating and cooling! Do not hesitate to take advantage of the Charles Club services!

    I wish to amend my previous review. The tech was unable to correctly diagnose the problem with my hot water boiler heating system. He failed to notice that the circulator pump was not working and did not have the parts needed to address other problems that he did note. He left without a plan to fix the problems, yet he charged an emergency service call.
    Charles installed the system twelve years ago, and it has not functioned adequately since that time. Definitely would choose anyone but Charles.

    On 12/21, we had Jordan as our Service Tech for cleaning & servicing the furnace. He was on time, very professional, and did a great job. Have used Charles Heating & AC for many years. Have never been disappointed

    We had a new furnace and air conditioning unit installed by Jim and Jason. They were on time, professional, and completed all the work in a timely fashion. They went over everything they were going to do, then after install they reviewed how to maintain the unit and answered any questions we had. They told us to called the office to complete the rebate information and they took care of registering the warranty. We are highly satisfied and would recommend Charles Heating and Air Conditioning to everyone! Excellent from quote to finished job!
