    Alex O and another electrician arrives precisely on time. They were respectful, courteous and very professional. They explained everything and toured what we had scheduled to be done and went right to work. Very neat and clean. When done, they explained our new security light, itemized what had been done and answered any questions. Would definitely call them again when we need more work done.

    I was scheduled for my Club Maintenance furnace check-up today from 12 to 2 Pm. Jadon M. arrived at 12 noon. Jadon checked the complete furnace and cleaned the parts that needed cleaning. He was very thorough and answered any questions that I had. Jadon is very personable and was great to work with and I would hope to see him again. I would recommend Charles Heating, A-C, Plumbing & Electrical to everybody.

    Matt cleaned my ducts and explained the process..and fortunately discovered a small gas leak ( which Charles will be repairing!) He was thorough,professional and very pleasant..I can't praise everyone from Charles enough!! They not only do a fantastic job but they explain the how and why of what needs doing..it is such a secure feeling to call them and know u will be dealt with fairly and professionally!

    I have used Charles Heating for semi annual service of my furnace several years. So I asked about duct cleaning service and decided to book the cleaning. The technician, Matt, arrived on time. He was polite and friendly. He explained the process, showed me the equipment to be used and gave a completion time estimate. He removed all the vent grates, cleaned them, and vacuumed the duct work. He cleaned the furnace and all the ductwork in the cellar. Matt finished under his estimated time. He answered all my questions.
    I have 2 cats and have always thought I should have this cleaning done, I'm glad I finally did. My house smells much better and less dusty. I would highly recommend Charles Heating, A/C, Plumbing, Electrical.
