    9/16/2022. Coop came and cleansed the ductwork in my house. He was very nice and gave me a lot of good information on the duct and vents . His suggestions were very helpful. He did a great job.

    Just completed a complicated bathroom project. Max and Alex were delightful to work with Beautiful results. They were on time everyday...worked hard...communicated with every step and made sure we were pleased with every detail as well as working around our schedule. Appreciated their opinion when our choices might not have come out as we originally thought they would and gave me the choice to change. We now have a new beautiful bathroom and walk-in closet.

    Excellent, compassionate and very friendly people. Took into consideration my concerns and accommodated my schedule. Very fair pricing. The installation men, John and Jim did a great job and were very personable but yet polite. Recommend highly!!

    Dan and Todd installed our new air conditioning unit yesterday. We could not be happier. They were on time, friendly, efficient, and neat. Also took time to answer all our questions as this is our first central air. In the past Charles had also installed our furnace. I would highly recommend them.

    We had our air conditioner replaced today by Charles. Very very happy with the tech, Jeremy.
    Very respectful and covered floors and cleaned up afterwards. No fuss no mess.
    If we had to have anything else done would hope all the technicians are the same as Jeremy! ******* *

    We had a new ******* A/C installed on 8/12/22 by Charles Heating & A/C. We were delighted with their service. They completed the job the same day. They were professional, and cleaned up after themselves. I would definitely recommend their services for A/C and heating.

    We were in need of a new A/C unit. Charles Heating and Air Conditioning sent someone out to give us a quote, which we accepted. Jim and Rik A. Were the installers. They were professional, knowledgeable and efficient. They removed the old unit and installed the new unit in less than four hours. We have used Charles in the past and have always been happy with their service.

    Recently we had a leaking hot water pipe. We called Charles Plumbing and they indicated they could not come for 6 days. They called two days early and said they had a cancellation and could come that day. Scott C. and his assistant came. The repair that did was extremely difficult as we live in an old farm house. They did and excellent professional job on a very hot day. We will be using Charles again for any our needs in the future.
