    Jeremy and Jason installed a new furnace for me and they were fantastic. They are very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They explained everything I needed to know. Extremely pleased with their service!!!

    My central air conditioning unit had to be replaced. Rick and Jeremy came out and installed my new unit and discovered another issue was needed for it to continue to function. James S. and Parker came out that afternoon and replaced the part for that issue. Everything was working fine. Later that evening I had no air again. I left a message with the answering service explaining my situation. James S called me the next morning and came out. The motor on my blower had burnt out overnight. James S. replaced the motor and I now have excellent central air. All the technicians were courteous and professional, being patient with all my questions. I truly appreciate James S for his perseverance, patience and knowledge in getting my unit up and running. I would recommend Charles Heating for your needs.

    Paul D cleaned the kitchen sink drain and repaired the leaky toilet. He explained everything he was doing, tested to make sure everything was working and answered my questions. Very professional.

    I had to call Charles Plumbing and Heating back Saturday morning. I had no heat. I called @ 8:00 in the morning. By 9:30 the awesome tech Jayson was here checking out the situation. Long story short. He replaced Thursday thermostat with a new one today. Again , outstanding job. One happy customer.

    I had my yearly furnace check today by Jayson. He is excellent in what he does, very knowledgeable, explained everything to me as to what he was doing. Jayson also gave a " down the road" situation with my furnace. Jayson gets a 5 star review from me leaving one happy customer

    Outstanding service and a job well done! Jim installed a new furnace for us. He was on time, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He had to deal with the challenge of working in a confined area and he did not let that hinder his work. He took the time to explain when needed and answered the questions we asked him. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Jim and Charles Heating, Air Conditioning, Plumbing & Electrical.

    I had a gas leak that ******** **** made a temp fix for. Called Charles, I have a membership, and they got someone out right away. Amin came over, very professional, very courteous, told me what he was doing and made sure my stove, furnace and hot water heater were working properly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Charles for installation of a furnace or air conditioner or to have them called for repair work. I've had them come to check the furnace in the fall and A/C unit in the summer and they are always prompt and courteous.

    We were in a tough spot with a blown water heater that was leaking water all over our basement. With a quick phone Charles was able to give us a great deal on a replacement tank and get installed within just a couple of hours. We got a great price and excellent service. The team was timely, professional, and got us exactly what we needed it. Thank you to our installers, Gerald and Matt, as well as the whole Charles team for getting us out of jam. Would recommend every time!

    I had electrical work done by Charles Heating, Air Conditioning, Plumbing, and Electrical. They replaced 2 chain pull basement lights, an outdoor dusk to dawn light, and 7 LED trims in my kitchen. The 2 men who did the work were very polite, friendly, neat, knowledgeable, and efficient. I am very pleased with their work!
