    Matt H***** showed up on time and was courteous and friendly. He was also very knowledgeable and explained his findings in detail and wanted to be sure to address any questions I had.
    I have been on the maintenance plan with Charles Heating for many years and have been very pleased with their service. I highly recommend them.

    Installers Rick and Jeremy were outstanding. They were very polite and left the area very clean. They spent time reviewing how the furnace and thermostat works/programmed. It was a very pleasant experience.

    Oh I can’t say enough about Brandon and Jason who fixed my furnace and came out in the worse weather. Everyone including the wonderful lady who took my calls I can’t thank you enough. I will use Charles again and again.

    We had a new furnace installed last year. A couple months after starting to use it in the colder weather, it would shut off and immediately go back on. It was not an emergency, but the company set us up with an appointment the next day. The technician, Dean arrived right on time. He immediately tracked down the issue and fixed it. He let us know how the furnace was not set properly at the factory. He was very friendly and professional, as all of the people at Charles have been. We have also had plumbing and electrical work done by Charles and have been very happy with their service.

    Thanks so much for coming out so soon. Peter N**** came and installed a new pump for our furnace. He was very helpful and explained the whole process. This was helpful as I had never noticed the condensate pump until it started making noise.
    Your company is alway a pleasure to deal with.

    My wife and I would like to thank Peter N**** of Charles HVAC, Plumbing & Electrial for the yoeman's work he did during the annual checkup of our furnace. I was impressed regarding his knowledge and the simple things he told we could do on our part to keep our heating system running efficiently during the winter season. He was very thorough in his inspection of our unit, going out of his way to explain what he was doing. It was refreshing to see a repair person that took his time to perform an inspection. We would recommend him for any HVAC services. He is an asset to the Charles organization. Hopefully, he can be our go-to-guy for all our future annual inspections and repairs if needed. Thanks

    Geno from Charles Heating & Air Conditioning arrived this morning for our air duct cleaning. Geno was personable, informative and professional. He explained everything he was doing as he performed each step in the Hepa-Aire Duct Cleaning process.
    We saw the before and after of each stage of the dust/dirt/debris/whatever collection process and we're VERY happy with the results. It looked like a lot of work to me, and I say this as someone that is now aware he doesn't want to do it.
    Geno did a great job, thank you Geno!!
    Note: the dogs loved him too!
