    We are very happy to say that we were one of the "88 Lucky Customers" to receive their winter time furnace and A/C special! The furnace installation was very smooth and has worked perfectly! The recent A/C (outside condenser) installation perfomed by technician John K. occurred right on schedule (literally arriving exactly at the scheduled time of 9:30AM. John installed and tested the system most effectively and efficently! I would highly recommend Charles Heating & A/C to everyone.

    I had a bathroom remodeled on 3/10/25-3/24/25. Knoal, Chris and Jaz (hopefully I spelled that right, sorry if I didnt), they did an awesome job with everything. They installed shelves next to my shower and I absolutely love it! They were pleasant, understanding, and easy to talk to.

    We had Charles install a new furnace, air conditioner & water heater. They came on time on 3/31/25. There were 2 installers, Dan R and Matt. They were both very pleasant and efficient! They put drop cloths down when bringing the old pieces out. They cleaned everything up before they left! We would definitely have Charles back. Some other people came to finish hooking up the water heater & the air conditioner, they were also very nice. We are VERY pleased with everything!

    I would like to highly recommend Charles Plumbing and Heating for any of your Heating and Electrical needs. Todd and Mike serviced my home by installing a gas line for a newly purchased gas stove. I also had to convert my electric over to a lower voltage from my previous electric stove and they were able to do that as well - no need for an electrician to also come.
    They were on time, knowledgeable and very neat and friendly.
    There is a reason why they have been in business for 75 years - They are the Best!

    Jeremy, Matt and Johnathan did a geat job installing our furnace and AC. They were very friendly, polite, informative and did a great job cleaning up when they finished. This is our second furnace and AC from Charles Heating and Air and they have been a pleasure to do business with for over 20 years. They have also done plumbing work for us. I highly reccomend them as their prices are very reasonable and usually lower than other companies

    I had a problem with my furnace, no heat .I called Niki at Charles Heating at seven thirty pm and Brandon was here in less then a half an hour .He fix my furnace in no time .Brandon was fast and efficient I wish every service person I ever used would be so quick and easy .If I ever need someone to fix my heating, plumbing, or air conditioning problem it will be Charles .Thank you it was so nice to do business with the nice guys.

    We had our furnance serviced today by tech Rhys F. He was ahead of the scheduled appt time and called to let yes know he could come early and how long it would be to arrive. He was pleasant and seemed to enjoy his job. Did the cleaning and recommended replacing the humidifier pad which was up to us to do it or not. No pressure. Completed the work quickly and efficiently. Very nice to deal with.
