      The worst customer service ever. I have tried to end my service with them three different ways (in store, chat, phone). You can't disconnect in person at the store. You have to call. When you call they continue to put you on hold trying to sell you another package, that they will change the price of after a few months. When you finally get the point across that you just want to end your services, they disconnect the phone line or the chat line. So I guess I'll just have to stop paying the bill and forget about doing it the right way.

      Canceled Optimum mobile. They emailed me a transfer pin for phone numbers. New carrier set up new phones. Optimum still billed me. When I called they threatened I would loose my phone numbers, even though I canceled, which was a lie. New phone numbers work great! Worst customer service!

      I have paid for internet via auto pay for two years and suddenly my service was disconnected. I have gone through several live online chats to get a resolution and I receive several different phone numbers which leads me to the same phone tree options for paying a bill I do not owe. I do not see this bill listed on my account online. A live online chat attendant told me it was actually a prorated credit but would not provide me documentation on that. When I inquired with another online attendant about it, they asked "who told you that?" Every phone number I am provided online sends me to the same phone tree loop. **************** with this company is a nightmare. The local store in *******, ***** has one person serving customers at a very slow pace and about *************** line. This is one of the largest cable providers in the US & a Fortune 500 company and it seems to be due to their ability to incorrectly charge customers fees, raise prices without notice, and avoid providing a resolution by making you deal with their extremely difficult customer service process.

      I sure do hope a lawyer reads this and all these complaints about Altice. Its just not right.Customers of ********************/********************** bewareaside from constantly having to call concerning issues with their cable service.beware of deceptive sales pitches. After resolving my cable issue, ********* of ******, ***** pitched a fiber connection. Guaranteeing me a waiving of installation fee & lower monthly fees with the same package. All lies. She also did not inform me my **************** would be turned off for 12 hours.After the technician set up the fiber.he asked me to sign off saying it was just confirming his ************ I naively signed a screen showing just the signature..after he left I received the full sheet with my signature and saw I was charged w/installation & additional fees.

      If I could give negative stars, I would. I tried to cancel my internet service today and the staff kept me on the phone 40 minutes, kept putting me on hold, tried to get me to change my mind and give me other service deals. I felt bullied. I was also transferred multiple times. They told me they were working on the cancellation, but it seemed like they were just stalling. The last person I spoke with was supposed to be from the cancellation ***** He raised his voice and threatened that if I hung up, the account wouldn't be cancelled. This experience was terrible and I feel that this company is terrible. Beware!

      The service is good. The prices charged are outrageous. The customer service is poor. The reps are not well informed and they give you incorrect information. Service is prepaid from month to month. I pay on the 9th of each month and it carries me to the 9th of the next month. I disconnected service on the 16th. I am owed money for the unused days that had been prepaid. They are refusing to refund me and said that I will have a credit. I didn't want a credit for the account that I closed. I want the money that is owed to me?

      We were lied to by the sells person about the plan we purchased. When we called to get a transfer pin number to change providers we were harassed for an hour and a half to stay with Optimum. We had to speak with 5 different people trying to sell us another plan and basically would not give us a transfer number. After almost 2 hours we finally were given the number! Whatever you do dont use Optimum Mobile. Extremely unprofessional. I would not use them if the service were free, that bad!

      I pay by automatic charge to my cc. They took $131.30 from my account for the month of June. I called to cancel my service on June 5th and was denied any prorated credit/refund. This company raises rates and removes channels without notice. ******** company to deal with

      Yesterday I called Optimum and tried to go to basic cable. I was allowed to take off the sports channel which saved me $15 a month, but I needed to get my bill lower. I was told by ******* that if I went to basic cable, my monthly bill would be higher than if I did nothing. I could never get clear on why this was so, so I ended the call. As it stands, my bill is $169 a month.
