      I have been taken for my money by optimum cable company continuously continuously no service in my home As of right now again I have no service in 2 of my bedrooms 3 actually continuously complained to them continuously tell them what is the problem every other week there is a problem they sent technicians that don't know what the **** they're doing they refuse to credit me the days that they take out service away from me but they get their money every got their month I'm so ******* tired of it. All they are doing is taking money from their customers customers and giving them poor poor poor service for poor service it is horrible beyond horrible I feel that I'm being held hostage because in my area it's either them or ******* and where I live I cannot get ******* I'd rather get ******* than optimum the customer service is horrible All they do is take your money and the service ***** I'm done I'm tired of this **** already it is so tiring every ******* week.

      Suddenlink Suddenlink reliable (NO), Fast internet (NO)Last week my husband gets up at 4am. NO internet, did not get it until 1pm.This week my husband gets up at 4am. NO internet, did not get it until 3pm.We are tired of the content outages. We get no credits for this. We want credit for no internet contently.

      Had this service for a little over a year (due to not that many providers available in my area) but the service was horrible from the start. Contacted them multiple times due to multiple issues with their wifi and even had a few techs come out to the house a few times. The techs could never find a problem yet the wifi was horrible. I was paying for 1gb fiber and the wifi speeds would be so random. I would get 80mb download when the router was only a few feet away from the device. I had to hard wire my house so that I could take advantage of the speeds. Even after that there were multiple issues such as random disconnections and live tv programming (baseball games, american idol) that would freeze and then fast forward as if trying to catch back up. After calling them multiple times I finally got fed up and decided to cancel the service. I returned their equipment on 7/9/22 and after speaking to someone today 7/11/22 was informed that they cannot cancel the service before 7/31 and that I will still have to pay for the month. So now I have to pay for a service I am not using for another month and they don't care. According to their rep "there is nothing they can do since its in their disconnection agreement". I tried so hard to stay with this service as they were the least expensive but as the saying goes, you get what you paid for. Stay away from this company if you value your time and money. Their service and support are horrible and the company does not care about their customers satisfaction.

      Worst cable service Ive had in 40+ years. Called to complain about severe pixelization on several channels and after 10 minutes of restarts got an appointment for Friday between 5:00 and 8:00. Technician showed at 7:45, replaced the TiVo box, which left us with no television programs at all. Two days later another technician showed up, replaced the box again and left. Still no television programs. Two more days passed before a reboot by a Customer Support person got our programs back.
