      They helped move my girlfriend and I to ******, and made it incredibly simple. They explained to me exactly what I should be expecting on the other end of my order and even sat down with me to go through all of the paperwork.

      Transparent is truly what it says it is.....transparent. I received quick responses and thorough details to all my questions. I relocated overseas and was very worried about all of my items I've had living in the USA for 32 years arriving to Europe safely. Everything arrived as I was told and I was informed of the process and updated each step of the way. I highly recommend this company and truly appreciate all the help and support I received from the team!!!! Thank you all so much!!!!

      DO NOT USE, arrived 5 hours late, started moving at 7pm, didnt bring tools, under staffed, did half of it myself. Lost screws, used wrong boxes, charged 50 USD 1 empty box. Over charging insurance and over estimating shipment size. Still waiting to be delivered and being charged 350/ month until they decide to deliver or they block the delivery.

      I want to thank *********************** for their help with my moves. I originally contracted them for a move to ***** that went seamlessly. I then reached back out to ship some items to my air bnb in ****** and that also went smoothly. I would highly recommend to anyone relocating globally.

      Transparent movers moved us from ****** ***** to ******** this last July. We were thoroughly satisfied with their level of customer service and more importantly with the level of professionalism the actual moving crew exhibited.       Great service by Transparent International. Everyone who helped me through this very arduous international move was kind and helpful. I read some of the critical reviews; and in my opinion they are all self inflicted. Just follow their instructions and you will be fine. I would recommend them again for your international moving needs. My advice for your move: Be over prepared, be patient, follow instructions 100%, ask questions and keep your impatience in check. They are professionals and know what they are doing.

      I was quoted ******** on 409 cubic feet- I received an email saying that I listed 36 items but the received 40 items- saying the difference was 300 square feet and additional ***** which is completely impossible- I measured the items myself and though I may have made a slight in measuring it would not be to that absurd extent- im waiting for transparent to proof the difference in measurements to me - I understand the furniture goes on pallets and may add cost but never ever to two thirds more then the estimate I was quoted- something is going on here

      Transparent moved my partner and I to ******* recently and I couldn't recommend them more. They were upbeat, professional, fair, meticulous and careful. **** and his crew made the move an absolute breeze and they were very upfront and communicative with us throughout the entire process. Moving internationally is never easy but Transparency brought us peace of mind that our stuff was being handled by experienced professionals. The team absolutely killed it and we would use them again in a heartbeat.
