She explained everything clearly, and my order was placed easily. She told me what to expect and everything was taken care of. I appreciate her wonderful assistance.

    Discontinued my service. They promised to fill your precription within a period of time. This is incorrect. Terrible service. customer Service just gives you the run around!!1 They indicated the ** would take a day to 2. Oh "NO" its much longer, they don't supply you with a tracker since they are so slow in providing the medicaion. The first time this happened, I had to purchase medicaion from my Vet and the the medication finally arrived. The second time and the final TIME, I thought since they had the prescrition the medication should have a quick turn around. ABSOUTELY NOT!!!! it has taken just as long. When I called ***************** their responds is well it take 5-7 working days. THATS a LIE it more like 10 DAYS. Once agian, I have to pay the price to the VET!! Whats the use of saving money from PETCARERX when i'm paying double the price. CAN YOU FIGURE!!!!!. I closed my account and recommend those of you who use their service should do the same!!! COMPANY needs to close their doors....../

    I cancelled delivery of my perscriptions in March of 2020. Today, 9/26/2023, I noticed a charge on a new credit card number from PetCareRX. Apparently when I agreed to the prescription fufillment I also agreed to a membership with automatic renewal. Cancellation of the order did not cancel the membership nor was I reminded that the membership would still be active. When i called today I was told I had received one email when I signed ** in 2018 or 2019 about the membership. I NEVER received any notificaiton over the next four to five years about pending membership renewal. Three years after I thought I was through with this complany, I noticed a charge to a card number I had never authorized PetCareRX to use. I logged into my account on their website and no charges showed for my account after March 2020. No where did I see anything about membership renewal charges nor did I ever receive an email from them alerting me to a pending renewal charge.
