    I bought my dog's medication at a significantly reduced cost compared to what I've seen elsewhere. Additionally, the swiftness with which I received my order left a strong impression on me. I have no doubt that I'll be returning to utilize their services again in the future.

    In order to reduce the need for multiple litter boxes, I was able to locate a jumbo size box at PetCareRx. The site clearly depicted/described its items, thereby simplifying the shopping experience. Additionally, the purchases were securely packaged and timely posted. Due to the quality of the products and sellers practices, a 5?? review is well deserved!

    Had a problem on my vets end and I am extremely appreciative of the customer service rep who, through many back-and-forth emails, got my dog her meds. One of said email responses was within five minutes!!!! I sent a email and got a response five minutes later fixing the problem. Thats ridiculously good customer service. Big *** to some guy names *************************** who deserves a raise at PetCareRX. I will definitely use again, when you use online businesses sometimes when theres an issue its like screaming into a void. I am amazed at how quickly a response and a resolution came!

    I ordered medication for my dog in 2017 from PetCare Rx online. I never purchased from them again. I discovered that in 2022 and 2023, they charged my credit card $99 for a PetPlus membership fee, which I never signed up for. I called and they said $99 will be refunded to my credit card but the $99 from 2022, she unfortunately couldn't refund. I pushed back and after a moment on hold, she said that her supervisor they can send a check via mail since it's over a year old. She couldn't explain how this happened; she said I had ordered product and so I was enrolled in a membership. But 5 years later??? They are banking on people missing the charges on their statements (like I did last year).Unbelievable that a company can start randomly charging you for 5 years later! Wouldn't this be called fraud???

    BEWARE. If you purchase anything from PetCareRx they enroll you automatically WITHOUT YOUR PERMISSION in a PetPlus membership that auto-renews annually on your credit card. It costs $139. I was able to cancel it but this is an unlawful business practice. Will NEVER purchase anything from them again.

    Always courteous, prompt delivery and great variety of products! Spoke to ******* R this morning, she handled my call with the utmost efficiency and respect. She is quite knowledgeable.Highly recommend PetCareRx! This is the only facility that happens to have my cats prescription food available.

    I am truly impressed with the level of customer care provided by ********************. They go above and beyond to ensure the well-being of their clients and their pets. I received a personalized call notifying me that my pet's essential medications were en route, which put my mind at ease. This was crucial for me because my pet suffers from a serious medical condition that requires consistent medication.
