The people I dealt with from worthy were based out of ********. I had a $12,000 ring they told me I had the option to not sell if I didnt like the price and that was a lie. They DID NOT give me that option, in fact, I emailed them prior to the auction closing stating that I wanted my ring returned immediately. ********* **** had said we will email you the option to have it returned after the auction. The next email I received was an extremely low price of $515 saying it was sold! I was livid!! She said we will review it and try to get it back. One entire week later, I get an email stating my sale was finalized and it will take 5-10 days for check in mail. On top of all of this, the highest amount of views was 15 people in 3 days!!! 15!!! Worst mistake of my life ..you can get more cash at a **** shop than worthyWorthy.com

First time trying to sell a diamond ring. Was hesitant, especially with sending in the mail, but Worthy insured it and the whole process was fantastic. The Worthy *** was friendly and put my fears to rest. They were in touch with me every step of the way. I was able to follow the auction, and when it sold I was quickly paid. I would definitely recommend Worthy and will use them again should I ever have other jewelry to sell.Worthy.com

I was very leery about sending my diamond ring. Especially since Worthy pays for all of the shipping. However, Worthy eliminated that feeling completely with their excellent personal service. I was kept informed and was in contact with them every step of the way. ***** replied to all my emails almost immediately, and had a contact number in case I wanted to talk in person. The sale of my ring happened very quickly, and I had my money deposited within a week. I will definitely think of Worthy first if I want to sell my other expensive jewelry.Worthy.com

I contracted worthy to sell a ring they quickly sent me a shipping address but yet when I wanted to add another piece of jewelry to it they never responded to the email they don't return phone calls it's the worst customer service I do not recommend this company read online to the better Business bureau in addition to more than 165 complaints that when something is sold people have not received their funds. And those are complaints within 3 years that's a lot of complaints that people haven't received the funds it was enough for me to decide I'm not using Worthy they're not worthy of my time or my productWorthy.com

My rings were lost. Im a single mom of two daughters and finally broke out of an abusive relationship I thought I could sell my rings to help make ends meet. My rings were lost in transit. They were supposed to be insured I cannot get a person on the phone, the chat isnt helpful I waited the delay time told to wait and NO COMMUNICATION about any of it, despite multiple attempts. It is disgusting that Worthy is ripping people off.Worthy.com
