A while after my divorce, I was ready to do something with my diamond solitaire engagement ring. I considered having it remounted in a different setting or use, but I am not a “jewelry” person. I saw an ad for Worthy on television and researched the company and independent review sources like BBB and others. Shipping my ring to an unknown entity is scary! But the reviews are solid. I started the process to ship my ring. ******* was very helpful when my schedule changed and I had to change my pickup time/day only a few hours before. After my ring was received, ********* kept me posted at each stage with regular updates. This is very reassuring when your diamond is in someone else’s possession. After cleaning, photographing, and having a new GIA report completed, ********* advised me of the recommended reserve price. I agreed to their recommendation. It was fun to check the auction listing link that ********* sent me a few times. Then I got busy with other things and was pleased when I got *********’s email that my ring had sold just above reserve. I highly recommend using Worthy if you decide to sell a fine piece of jewelry. It was a great experience. I should receive my payment via ACH deposit soon.Worthy.com

I will NEVER use this website again. Stay clear from them. it's now 3.5 weeks since they received my diamond bracelet. I gave them the details over the phone, plus sent them a copy of the updated appraisal before they sent me the ***** label via email. They received it the next day and told me there is no demand for it. Why didn't they tell me this before asking me to mail it to them. They have still not returned my bracelet 3 weeks later. I feel like a nervous mess like I'm going to have a heart attack. I'm so worried about its whereabouts. Ive called them several times and they keep telling me its being processed for return. They were quick to take my bracelet but now won't send it back in a timely manner and I now feel that they are probably removing all the diamonds and replacing them with **** I'm horrified, scared and very upset.Worthy.com

So, we do apologize if your time with us has created any sort of negative impression of our company as that has certainly never been our intent.It appears we received your bracelet on 9/16 at which point it went to our lab and they determined that it was not something that would do well on the current market and fetch a fair price for you. You did everything correct in sending in submission photos and a copy of the updated appraisal in advance. Unfortunately, even with those, it usually takes our Lab Team experiencing the item first-hand in order to make a final determination if it should go to auction or not. In this case, while the bracelet is beautiful, it just is not something the professional buyers we use would be interested in at this time, so we moved your jewelry back to our Returns Team.In that end of the process, it does typically take 7 to *********************************************************************************************************************************** the department and the general average time for shipping has fallen in that week to 10 day window.We certainly understand your frustration and anxiety regarding getting your jewelry back, but rest assured your trust was not misplaced in us. We take great time and care with seller's jewelry and always operate with utmost integrity. Worthy.com Employees are worthy of five(5) stars, BUT, I just recieved my ***** items back and they DAMAGED two (2) of my five (5) rings. No JOKE. Peeved. I approved them taking out a stone/singular (diamond solitaire) HOWEVER, they removed one of the Amethyst/set in a pav styled ring, sent back in PIECES in lil'plastic baggie, separate feom ring. OTHER PROBLEM, they said my Diamond had a 'chip' when they received it. SADLY, this is HIGHLY SUSPECT, as I had taken to get ******* 'mapped' & appraised for insurance purposes, by a reputable jeweler in *************, **, (*******, jewlers) whom I've been dealing with for over twenty (20) years & NO MENTION of a chip. So now a $2600 retail is worth, ?$1200 ...NO, now with a 'chip' lucky to get $300. Thanks Worthy(less).com. BE WARNED.Worthy.com

I had a very good experience selling my ring through Worthy. The process was relatively quick and I made more money through the auction process than I was offered by local jewelry stores. The staff at Worthy kept in touch and kept me well-informed during the entire process. I received the funds within days of the auction!Worthy.com

At first I was skeptical sending my ring to Worthy. After trying local jewelry and **** shops that would give me less than 5% of what I originally paid for the ring, I decided to give Worthy a shot. Throughout the whole process ********************************* and team kept me updated every step of the way. My ring ended up selling for over $3K more than my reserve. ******* and team made the process easy and worry free. Payment was deposited into my account within three business days of the auction ending. I wouldnt hesitate to sell with worthy again and recommend them highly.Worthy.com
