I didnt know what to expect when I chose Worthy, but selling my ring was a positive, successful experience from start to finish. The communication was prompt and thorough. I was kept informed throughout the process. If I had a question I could actually speak to someone on the phone, not just via email. ******* was professional and helpful with advice as to what I should charge. I highly recommend Worthy (ask for *******!) as a method of selling your jewelry!Worthy.com

Worthy sent a ***** box to my home and l sent them my ring. A couple days passed and they reported to me that the ring couldnt be sold. I called them and requested my ring back, and they told me l needed to verify who l was and l needed to sign a release before my ring can be returned! I told them you sent the ********* to my address for me to send my ring to get evaluated. And now your telling me that the ring isnt mine until l verify who l am! This is a scam! Now theyve had my ring 8 or 9 days and refuse to send it back to me! Clearly not worthy but worthless! Help?Worthy.com

An email was sent to you explaining this with steps to confirm the ***** location for your return. We sincerely apologize for any concern or frustration our communication caused you, this was absolutely not our intention. To ensure your jewelry was being shipped in a secure and safe manner, we strongly encouraged for the jewelry to be shipped to a *****-operated location near you. When requested, we worked with you to instead facilitate a less secure return to your home. 1 starI sent an expensive diamond ring to them to sell, it arrived an empty box. *** ** denied the claim saying that the box was not damaged. ****** ** ****** claim denied also saying not wrapped properly even though I did as instructed (which is a moot point since the box according to *** ** was not damaged). Rings just don't walk off by themselves someone had to tamper with this box. I see since May several similar complaints are being filed. I am out my ring, money and sentimental value. I am in shock that I got taken by this unworthy company. I called ****** ** ****** and while they boast they are insured by them the lawyer for * ** * said they are not. I have the email. It's just another company under * ** * umbrella that they may be insured with. This is nothing short of theft. I won't stop until I get to the bottom of this.
