      Original 5/3/2023 review:Extremely disappointed. I have used Richair to perform installations at multiple of my properties, spending ~$50,000 with them. At one of my properties a unit began leaking, damaging furniture and the *************************. We found the issue was that a drain pump had failed, and that the drain pump had incorrectly been installed so it would not turn off the A/C in the event of a drain clog with this wiring cut off instead of wired into the unit. Despite the fact that I have used Richair for multiple installations, at high cost premium compared to the rest of the market, they refused to send a technician to investigate without a $195 fee. I even sent Richair the photos of the installation and offered to pay the $195 fee if they could put into writing that they would refund the fee should the problem be discovered to be related to their installation, and they would not even put that into writing for me.***** at Richair is very friendly, helpful, and responsive, but her hands are tied by a greedy owner who does not look after his customers and is only interested in additional revenue. I will never get another installation from Richair again and will no longer refer work to them.
