      That can not provide good customer service when asking why internet is out. They lose service all the time. Their customer service department has no clue what is going on. Very unhelpful and when service is out due to them they send you a **** that is significantly higher than your normal ****

      There are not enough negative stars I can add to my review.Mediacom has disconnected my service, in retaliation to my complaints and pending lawsuit.Mediacom has "accepted" legal service, acknowledging their intent to address and notification of the pending lawsuit, which, since the legal dispute is in regards to my service and erroneous billing, are BOUND BY LAW ***NOT*** TO ALTER MY SERVICE UNTIL SO ORDERED.Mediacom is denying me lifeline internet access for the entire weekend.I am a severely disabled senior veteran.Mediacom is well-aware of my medical needs and I am regarding this as criminal assault with intent to do bodily harm.Mediacom is the bottom of the food chain, as internet providers are concerned. The rural area where I live limits my internet options solely to Mediacom. This makes them in FULL CONTROL of my wellness.DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THEIR OFFERS OF HIGH-SPEED INTERNET!!!IT DOES NOT EXIST, AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST IN ALL OF COMMERCIAL CUSTOMER SERVICE

      The ***************** equiptment, and billing are unreliable and the customer service is rude. DO NOT RECOMEND This is the second time ive cancelled service with them after 7 years after the first time i thought they might have gotten better, It did not.

      Lies to customers ask them questions they want you to answer questions you asked them horrible customer service rude representatives can't ever get a answer from them technology is horrible to all around they shouldn't even get a star

      Over and Over no matter where we live and use Media-com there is the same issues and now even worse, we have to reboot every day to get out internet, I call them and they reset, techs come in, and say they have found the problem yet it goes right back to the same issues right away. We just moved from one apartment to another in the same complex, I tried logging in to view my **** "NO ****, NO NOTHING" all gone no billing history at all none due so now after 3 weeks I log in again and now I owe not my regular ***** + I owe ******, my last month + reg billed + prorated, this is insane, I never stopped service I moved from one apartment to another, could not pay my **** and have no payment history at all and terrible internet. This is an old story on Media-com by not just me but so many very unhappy customers, so I called customer service again on this outrage, the rep told me blah blah blah "this is your **** that is due" nothing I can do, can send another tech out "REALLY" again I reply it does no good still the same issues for over 3 years at our different homes within the same city, this prorating thing is unjust also has not even been a year after the last prorating and the way the cost of living is now and they still prorate us when all we never stopped service but just switched apartment numbers. Media-com needs to have a Class action lawsuit against them, and to blow my mind the rep on the phone was not even in ***************** she was in ***************!

      Called to cancel a relatives basic cable. Agent was very nice. I live out of town and my relatives are in assisted living and cant turn in some cheap little box mediacom wants dropped off at local office. Customers since **** and a $7 box cant be thrown away? This is **. This policy is antiquated and an attempt to squeeze more money out of you at the end for some cheesy *** ***** **** that will probably or should be tossed. And i believe it was rented, so why did they have to pay more than it was worth? If mediacom doesnt respond to this review, im filing a complaint. They are totally setting themselves up a class action lawsuit!
