      The service is so spotty and drops so often. The worst part of it is is that mediacom is the best of the worst in my area. I cant get *******, ************************ or any of the other options that have better ratings than mediacom. It is so annoying to have upgraded to my own router my own modem and still the quality of service *****.

      Disabled veteran.. want my calls pulled up told one thing getting different price then trying to get answer they have hung up on me twice I really don't know what to do.. They want help me or transfer right area.. what number are you supposed to call if they keep hanging up when you ask to get situation resolved? Holy cow just wanted to watch Tv no harassment

      They ended up jacking up my bill, so I decided to switch service and they refused to disconnect me. They kept the service active long enough to charge me for a whole month or so of service. When I didn't pay they sent someone out to collect the equipment and disconnect the service. A month later they charged me $700+ for unrecovered equipment and two months of service. I have never in my whole entire life had any dealings with crooked companies until now. And MediaCom is the crookest as they come. They will not see that money for as long as I am still breathing. DON'T BELIEVE A WORD OF THEIR COMMERCIAL EITHER!! FALSE ADVERTISING BIG TIME!

      My MediaCom **** is going up from $153 a month to well over $230 per month. Being a senior with a social security fixed income I will no longer be able to afford my cable + internet ****. I have been a loyal MediaCom customer for well over 25+ years and this is how I get thanked? I have lost all respect for this company.

      Poor customer service. They lie about outage issues and try to stall for time by sending technicians to your home for a problem that does not exist. All of the customer service agents are outsourced to third world countries so they can work them at really low wages. How rotten. The owner should be ashamed of himself. Look him up. He is a billionaire.

      They always give me the runaround whenever I complain. I work all day and the only thing I do to past time is play online games or stream stuff. It's frustrating having to deal with constant connectivity issues. TIME AND TIME AGAIN. I will get disconnected from my game every 5-20minutes, all they do is "send a corrective signal" to my modem and then pray to God that it gets fixed, well IT DOESN'T GET FIXED! I gave you guys a whole month -- because one of the SEVERAL technicians that came to my house said that he requested another service around one of the posts in my area to get looked at and fixed. STILL, constant connectivity issues. Even at night around 2-3am I would still get disconnected. What a waste of money. Do NOT ever choose this company. This company is apparently the "BEST" in my city, "competitive" prices and all that-- nope! Save yourself the trouble and choose another provider and these guys even charge you for S***** equipment rental part of your month to month payments. The frustration and dislike I have for this company is so big I cried about it because it just disconnected me every god. ****. minute. PUT YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE AND DO NOT CHOOSE THIS COMPANY. IT WILL SAVE YOU THE FRUSTRATION.

      Service is charged even when you're service has been disabled or waiting for the service to be connected and setup by a technician although service is not on

      The channels are always pixeling and always searching for a signal. The only channel that always comes in is Sundance and if you don't have box, you don't get it even though it is one we pay for. Supposedly having fiber optics was to make it better, but is worse than ever.

      HOW does this company operate in todays world and competition and stay in business.Cancel there service and you get harassed with calls and bills for xtra charges....equipment....xtra month charges after you have cancelled...pay them in full just to shut them up and they send you to another division in the company for them to pick up the harrassment.We received calls from the company where they literally say nothing....Just call to harass. I have owned a business for many years and am sure this policy comes straight from the top and is imbedded in there business model.If you can avoid this company do so at all costs.
