      I gave birth on 6/2021, this company sent me a bill 8 months later for >5,000 after billing me the full amount despite the provider being within my insurance plan and IN-NETWORK. I called the company and they then said they would bill my insurance, my insurance denied the bill because it was outside oft he allowable period. Then the company sends me another bill with now a randomly increased price of ******** 16 months to the date after I had my son. THIS IS OBNOXIOUS. I am a physician and I already paid the hospital anesthesia fees. This is the fee the company is trying to charge me for one epidural. This company is dysfunctional. They are also billing insurance higher costs than they billed me personally, this is fraud.

      North American Partners in Anesthesia, received an inquiry regarding a patient that we provided anesthesia services to on June 22, 2021 at the Greater ********* Medical Ctr. Our office conducted a full review of the billing for the services for this patient and below is a summary of our findings.


      At the time of service the patient provided insurance information for her ***************************** plan.


      Due to an internal billing error, the patients insurance was not billed and the patient was sent a statement for a self-pay rate of $5,359.50.


      Once we were notified of this error, the patients insurance was billed at the insurance rate of $7,860.71.The patients insurance denied the claim advising it was past the timely filing limit to bill the claim.


      We have now taken the following steps:
      Adjusted the account balance to $0.00
      Closed the account at our extended Billing office.
       Reached out to the patient via telephone on 10/25/22 and left a voice mail message
