      I'll start by saying I wish that I could give zero stars. Not that we, as consumers, have any say so in who providers bring in to do these types of procedures, but BEWARE if your healthcare provider uses NAPA for your anesthesia services. They've billed my insurance numerous times for the exact same procedure. My insurance and I have paid them what we owe, yet they continue to refile with my insurance (which my insurance is discounting at 100% now since they've already paid them) and continue to send me bills. I've called them twice to zero avail (I'm sure these poor agents are just beaten completely down). Don't ever pay this company a dime based on a bill you receive from them without confirming with your insurance company first. They need to be held accountable for fraud.

      BBB customer review ************************************ ANESTHESIOLOGY OF *********,PC received an inquiry regarding a patient that we provided anesthesia services to on November 2, ***** at ************************ of *********. Our office conducted a full review of the billing for the services for this patient and below is a summary of our findings.Payments were for original claims billed out (AD / QX) but claims were charge corrected to one invoice as a QZ claim which was denied in error that payment was included with payment previously made. A corrected claim was sent 7/5/23.Our goal is to provide exceptional patient care and excellent customer service to all of our patients and their families and apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.       Before surgery the anesthesiologist made a comment regarding showing me how bad the surgery will go...Then.....During surgery the anesthesiologist stabbed my jawbone exposing the jawbone from the gum and scrapping 1 inch down my gum!! Now I am seeing an oral surgeon to address the problem as it didnt heal on its own and the pain has been MORE THAN excruciating. When called to complain, the head of the anesthesiologists group didn't call me back until 2 weeks after the injury. I am still waiting on receiving a call from a 3rd party group to address the compensation for the damages caused so I don't have to get a lawyer. I have not received a call from the 3rd party insurance company as of yet but my mouth is still damaged. I will add another review once I have an update....

      After six months, I cannot get this company to refund me for over payment we made. They improperly **** the bcbs who later retract the claim. This tells me next time dont pay your bills to North American partners until it is 120 days delinquent to s Ensure that you pay the accuracy of the bills. They are not very helpful. Actually they owe us $833. I can see why its not bbb accredited. They are horrible.
