      Fraudulent!!!!Machines display one price and charges another Steeling money Company should be fined Called several times and they keep doing the same overcharge FRAUD

      Stay away! (1) Their washer is old and leaves stains on black clothes. (2) Their pickup estimates are completely unreliable. Youll have to dedicate your entire day, as theyll keep rescheduling multiple times. Not worth the hassle. Avoid at all costs!

      This business is a pure scam, so ghetto and a robbery they took my money never sent my refund, machines are often broken and old, if you call the business they place on hold for 20 minutes than hang up :( the worst

      I asked for a refund back in October. It is now January. Every time I call, I am told that they are making a note of this or that they are escalating this or that their supervisor will call me back or that this needs to be investigated by their accounting department. My apartment doesn't use their contracts anymore and I just want my money returned to me. Even insisting that I wait to speak to a supervisor did no good, I was told that they couldn't hold any longer for me and the supervisor would call back when they could. Terrible.

      This company refuses to refund my money for a dryer they continued to send someone to fix that couldn't fix correctly so it kept being used which means I kept losing money. I kept reporting it as broken but no one put a sign on it. For months we have emailed back and forth and it takes them about about a month to respond. And then they act like they never heard about it. Awful company.... Awful customer service

      Terrible customer service. Just another one of those companies getting rich but taking money from broken machines and have there customer service give so much run around to the paying customers that they get tired and give up. I have to go to my bank in order to get a refund. How ridiculous is that? This company already charges an arm and leg for free air. Now I went to get air and Im now sitting with less air in my tire. Fix your machines or hire and service manager that knows what hes doing. This team is deffinently not getting the job done. :/

      After notifying Appliance Warehouse over a month ago that my appliances should be picked up and my account closed, they have now charged me for two months when I was not in possession of and not using their machines. I spoke to customer service on Nov 13, 2024 and they assured me my account would be closed. When speaking with Brea today by phone, she was unable to take care of my problem and referred to the "billing department." During our phone call, she refused on 4 occasions to allow me to speak to a supervisor. She then told me I need to call back in 2 days to make sure the account was closed. Very bad service, incompetent customer service agents. There is a real reason this company has such a low rating of 1.02. They don't respond to complaints and really don't care about the customer.

      The app is inaccessible to the blind. As a blind user living in the apartment complex, I have to have a sighted person help me start the app and hit the pay button when I turn voiceover off. This is frustrating. Otherwise, it works fine.

      All.of are washers and dryers been out for over a week we call and are told someone will update us and we never get a car and they never get fixed don't use this company
