  My husband and I had the pleasure of working with ****** **** from Reliance First Capital, and she was AMAZING!!! She was ALWAYS VERY professional and caring at the same time!!! She ALWAYS stayed connected and kept us in the loop!!! The part that impressed me the most was, even though we decided to go with a different company, she STILL spent time on the phone giving us MORE information and insight!!! This is the character of someone who TRULY cares!!! I have passed her contact info on to family members because I KNOW I can TRUST her!!!

  Cash Out Refinance Application: Over 3 months, the broker requested that we upload copies of our photo id's, our social security card, our benefits letters, our bank statements, our deed, and even our marriage license several times. During this time, we were assured, via email and in phone conversations, that the deed was clear. Finally, after 3 months, the broker said that we were ready for the assessment. The cost was $530. We explained to the broker that it would take us 3 weeks to get that kind of money together. He said that was alright; they could hold the application. At that point, we asked that the broker use the 3 weeks to review everything about our application, including the title search. Three weeks later, we contacted the broker to let him know that we were ready to pay for the assessment. Before giving the broker our debit card number, we asked again if everything was approved. We were told yes. The assessment was done with a week. Two days after the assessment was completed, the broker called to say that they had found a lien on the title. When I questioned that stating that we had received several email messages from him stating that everything was clear, the broker changed his reason to say that the cash out refinance mortgage was not approved because of the condition of the house. Question: Why was the issue with the title search not discovered before we paid the $530 assessment fee?

  My husband and I worked with ******* *********. **** is the best there is. He's intelligent, can think outside the box, has a wonderful personality and is a a true problem solver. Whenever we hit an obstacle, **** was there to help us resolve it.Whenever I didn't understand something, **** took the time to explain it to me. I cannot praise him highly enough. If you ever need a mortgage or home-related financing, go straight to ****.
