Fairfield Townhouses in ****************On June 5, 2025, an unfortunate incident occurred when someone drove their car into our apartment. Since then, we have been waiting patiently for Fairfield to fix the damage properly. We have been living in an hotel since then, and our insurance coverage is limited, so we cannot afford to stay in this condition any longer.Whenever I request an update on the maintenance, property manager ****** ******* responds with harsh words. as It is our fault that this happened, as we have been living in this apartment for almost five years. After the incident they done the paint job which was also done very poorly, and it started peeling off right after it was applied. The manager is stating that we can move back in this mess, even though the stove is not installed, and there are old countertops, old cabinets, and cleaning supplies everywhere. It is dusty and unsanitary. How can we move back in this condition?I request that all of you take action to fix I was lucky i had insurance otherwise our whole family had to come to road as *************** put an notice this place is not safe for live so leave as soon as possible.Such poor maintenance service they have

I am imploring Fairfield Management to intervene with the tenant in ****************************************. Ludline ****** is her name, who continues to have her children screaming, pounding on walls, and floors until 1:30am and all day. The cops have come at least 9 times. CPS as well, as kids living in 316 were left alone for hours on multiple occasions. We have sent at least 25 videos and recordings to property manager *** Mardjani. The police have issued fines for late noise. This has been for over 3 months. Fairfield keeps saying they are addressing, yet last night pounding and screaming continued from 10:30 pm to 1:30am. The police again said Fairfield must be the one to address further as the landlord, with our own tenant rights being violated. The same tenants male 8 yr old child has also verbally threatened and physically threatened other young kids in this complex and laid hands on them and their mothers. The son ***** said he wanted a gun to shoot the neighbors kids. I am posting this today as we have no where else to turn. We are begging for help from the landlord to address this horrific situation immediately. Better business bureau now has been contacted by 5 families. We are being harrassed and brutalized mentally from this neighbor everyday. Lack of sleep, quiet enjoyment, and peace in our homes.

I had a horrific experience at Fairfield Knolls in ********. Our appliances didnt work properly, we were harassed by the woman above us, we had flooding, people consistently stealing our parking spot, a carbon monoxide leak from the drier that Fairfield maintenance didnt even notice and was found by a GE repairman etc. Fairfield was unresponsive and did nothing about any of our issues. We also had a major bug problem. Due to all of these issues we refused to resign the lease because we wanted to get out of there. We did month to month for a while and always paid our rent on time. However, in spite of having doctors notes, indicating that we needed the extensions due to injuries from a car accident, so that we could have time to look for another apartment, they started fining us an extra $1,500/mo and threatened to evict us, causing severe duress. We made sure we were out before the time they said we had to leave or they would evict us and we left the apartment in pristine condition but never received our security deposit back. Now their lawyers are coming after my elderly mother for over $16,000 in fines, that theyre saying we owe them when we always paid rent on time to live in an uninhabitable apartment. My mother is a lovely person who has never had any legal issues in her life. I cant believe they are bullying a senior citizen, who has documented health issues. Its absolutely disgusting. Fairfield is comprised of unscrupulous, corporate bullies and their corporation should be avoided at all costs. They think they can bully innocent tenants because they have a monopoly on ***********. Even if you have to live in your car, or a tent or with relatives or if you have to leave ***********, do whatever you have to do to avoid renting from Fairfield Properties!!

The dishwasher was broken. I highlighted this while I was touring the unit. I was reassured it would be fixed by the time I moved in. At move-in, there was still standing water in the dishwasher, which made the apartment reek. Fairfield proceeded to call a vendor to come in to fix it and when the vendor finally came, he wasnt able to fix it and had to order a part. I had to escalate to management after 3 weeks after move-in of not having a dishwasher for them to finally fix the problem. It should have never been a problem if move-in inspections were performed appropriately. The apartment was not cleaned at move-in. When I moved into a dirty unit, I let the leasing office know. They attempted to clean it quickly themselves, but it obviously was not up to the standard of a professional cleaning crew that should have been used. The washing machine was also broken at move-in. The maintance staff was able to fix this issue quickly, but its crazy to me that Fairfield let me move into a unit with a broken washing machine. The stove was not cleaned, so the first time I used the oven, it smoked and set off the fire alarm. Again, the maintance team was able to clean the inside of the stove to stop the smoking. But why did Fairfield let me move into a dirty unit? After all of this, Fairfield has the audacity to take out a $350 cleaning fee from my security deposit. I moved into a mess that was not ready to be moved into, and I left it way better than I found it. Charging a cleaning fee when I moved into a unit that had broken appliances and was dirty is absolutely disgusting. I left the apartment in better shape than I found it. I know that is not saying much but I find it absurd they are charging me a cleaning fee when the basic duty of a landlord is to have the apartment professionally cleaned prior to move in regardless of the current state. Even if the apartment was left spotless, they should still hire a professional cleaner.

I have been trying to get my deposit back since July 1 2024, it is now Sept 20 2024. There have been numerous calls and emails, promises made, none kept. Being asked for my story and then told to stop talking and how they guarantee to call me back. Nothing!! Now waiting for an October court date. If you can and I know it's hard since they have so many properties, DON'T RENT FROM FAIRFIELD!!!!!!

Fairfield Properties is by far the worst, most unprofessional management company I have ever dealt with in my life. They have fully earned their F BBB rating and should be rated even lower than that.If you are considering moving into a Fairfield property, I strongly urge you to reconsider, and do some research on them. I have personally experienced also have heard and read nothing but horror stories regarding this management company. I have gone through 5 years of h*** with them regarding multiple issues they failed to resolve and when I complained to them, their answer was to not renew my lease. They are nonresponsive, nonwilling, and in no way concerned about any of your issues, they are very good at collecting money and stealing your security deposit though.Run away from this company as fast as you can!
