      I brought my 2017 tundra to this location for an oil change and inspection. **** a manager forgot to close my drivers door an crushed it putting up the lift. **** wa like I bent it back you can drive away with it. H the odds me to get in I must open back door than front door. Than to get out of vehicle must go thru drivers door or back door. I am a disabled veteran an handicap I too him. Have. Spinal fusion L5-S1 an can physically won't b able to do. H than said was calling corporate to get me a new door and a rental. **** calls next week when my vehicle was ready. H tells me they put on a junk yard door. I said you lied to me told me was a new door. When went to pick up my truck **** and other manger hid from me and sent out mechanic. He hands me my keys didn't do a walk around with me for damage they done to my vehicle and left garbage an broken plastic from. Door scattered in front of vehicle. I reaches out to corporate they did nothing and told me junk yard door was newer than mine. It been 2 week an my door still. Doesnt close correctly unless I slam door.

      Me and my father went to 2 different ************ to install tires and for alignment. Both businesses had the printer damage meaning that they couldnt give us a result for the car alignment. On my truck I ask to see the computer for the result. Found out that they did not align the truck properly. They only the align the *** angle on the alignment. they said they dont fix the Camber or the Caster on the alignment. They are charging us the cunsumer a complete alignment on the cars. Meaning that they need to fix all 3 angle ( toe ) ( camber ) and (caster ) the camber is the one that eats you tire on the sides. I ask for a refund and Im having a hard time to get it. Dont align you vehicle here because only fix the *** angle which means your vehicle will stay straight but if they dont fix the rest you tire will not wear even. This will cause you tire life spans by half.

      I have changed my experience from a 4 star to a 1 star as I believe the organization is really looking to sell up rather than really respond to the customer's needs. I had used them quite often for simple things like oil changes and tire rotations, but when I was checking around for more in depth work, I have found them to be not as knowledgeable. Nice people, but I think the $$commission part took over rather than the customer needs. I had some extensive work done on my alternator and engine torques, that did not last. Unfortunately, I was in a situation to not be able to have it towed to them due to distance, so to have access to car I had a local shop redo the work only to have a car available to me. I let them know the situation and it was almost like denying they had done anything, even though I had the $$$receipts in hand. I asked the service desk person to have the manager contact me, and would not oblige. Additionally, when I was having the emergency repair done, I asked this garage about new struts that Mavis kept telling me I needed, and the independent garage said I didn't but they would sell me the ***************. I am so glad I found this other company. This was a very expensive ****** I learned the hard way. I'm extremely disappointed in them and of course, I will never use them again and get the word out about them.

      so I dropped my car off to get a quote on repairs. Without my permission they worked on my car. When I drove off it was in worse shape then before and they did not even fix what was supposedly wrong. I called their headquarters and some smartass named **** or ****** called me basically telling me to sue them. Now I can't even drive the car for more than 10 miles without all kinds of problems.

      ***** bought on June 5th 2025. Tires are 19 months old and they will not replace them with new tires. Bought at **************************************. Called the store, called Corporate HDQ, talked to Regional Manager **** *. Issue has not been resolved. He said he will call us back, we have not hear back from him. I paid for new tires and I got old new tires 19 months old.Mavis stated that they do not have control over the age of the tires they receive from the vendor, I have never experienced this before with other companies when I purchased tires.

      My name is ****** ***. I came to remove few nails from one of the wheels at Mavis Discount tire ******** Jay had provided a thorough assessment of the tire and truck calibers. He and his team were very professional and were able to identify the problems, replaced the tire, the caliber, and few other things. Overall great customer ********************** and I recommend without any reservations.

      I never complain about a business but I have to warn everyone that the Mavis Tire Shop in ************* which installed a tire that was flat. They were very nice throughout the process I drove down the shore (an hour away) and it went flat again and formed a bubble. I went to a ********* in ***** and they replaced the tire. The ********* *** advised me that the reason it formed a bubble was because the first installation from Mavis was done incorrectly. Something about the bead of the tire was not lubricated properly and formed the bubble. Me not knowing anything about tires, beads or bubbles - put Justice (I believe the manager) on the phone with the guy from *********. Justice was so unprofessional and rude. He didnt want to acknowledge a mistake someone at his place did. All businesses make mistakes. Its how you handle it is what sets you apart from everyone else.

      DO NOT COME HERE WISHED I DIDNT GET A FLAT TIRE. Unfortunately I left my work phone in the car the mix young tire boy stole my phone from my car forsure. Called to tell the manager all he said was bring the cops nobody stole my phone smh. Dont leave valuables in ur car the black boy and the mix boy have some type of scam going on forsure.

      We took *** van to Mavis Tires on ***************** in ****************, ******* to get a second opinion on work that was diagnosed as needed by another shop. Mavis told us that we only needed to take care of replacing *** front axle. We agreed to have Mavis do the work (with the understanding they would also be taking care of a worn axle seal and leak - which was the original reason we brought *** van into their business). When we received *** van **** after the work was supposedly completed, we were only able to drive it for about 15 minutes before the front axle slipped out of place, rendering the vehicle inoperable. We had *** vehicle towed **** to Mavis, where they 'fixed' the axle slippage and refunded us for their work (but never fixed the original axle seal leak we brought the van in for the first place). In short, they misdiagnosed *** vehicle, did almost incompetent work and their response from the regional manager was 'Well, the mechanics at that location really aren't good at doing that type of work'....if they aren't qualified to do the work, then they should be doing that level of auto repair.

      Had my breaks fixed with no issues. The probelm is they then emailed all my vehicle information and receipt with my full name to some random person who then looked up my home address and phone number and called me throughout the day. When I called mavis to complain they tried to blame me then said this is common thing that happens all the time with them. No we apologize for the mistake or anything, the store Manager ****** was real aggressive with me for something they did. Now I have to worry about who else they may have sent my information to that could possibly be a scammer.
