      A HUGE complaint about Mavis store at **************************************************** 18966.Took my car 8/9/2021 due to a strange noise from the wheel, the manager stated it was the rear rotor making the noise. I agreed to get it fixed and cost me $339.30 ( invoice# ******** ) completed on 8/13/2021. As soon as I drove it, I could still hear the noise so I took it back and the manager ( *** ) told me to bring it back Monday 8/16/2021 to get it check again.I brought back my car back on Monday 8/16/2021 to get it check again, this time the *** told me it was the front wheel bearing. I told him to get it fix. huge mistake, I dropped of my car on Tuesday 8/17/2021 *** stated itll take 3-4 hours labor to replace the wheel bearing. got a call from *** the same day saying one of the mechanics broke couple bolts, broke both sides of the wheel sensors and I had to leave my car at the shop. He said he had to order the parts from ***** dealer. I didnt see my car until Friday 8/20/2021 even then he said to take my car with me because no parts available and he would call me back when he has them. No paperwork handed to me what so ever.Until to this day I never received a phone call from *** again, he did washed his hands clean and pretends nothing happened. I took my car to ***** dealer to get it checked and maybe order the parts that was damaged by Mavis mechanic. To my surprise the damaged was so substantial that I had to spent almost $ 5.000,00

      On June 27, 2022 Mavis had my car all day from 8am to 6pm to put tires on my 5 year old car. They called me at 5:20 to tell me my 2 rear calipers seized and it would cost over a thousand dollars to fix. I said no. I just had the brake system checked a few months ago and no issues detected at that time. My receipt states they suggested rotors but no mention of the calipers. I took the car to 2 mechanics since then and they cannot find anything wrong with the rotors or calipers. Very upsetting.
