    Terrible company and questionable product quality. Leather Bags Gallery is incredibly unprofessional, has zero customer service and no working phone line. The strap on my bag broke almost immediately and I have tried four times to reach out to customer service....no response. Buyer beware.

    I would give them zero stars if I could. Ordered a bag in January and it is ***** and still no product. I have asked for a credit and they are refusing.

    Do not waste your money. I bought 2 bags (12/24/2022) which came to almost $400. The duffle bag didnt have all the items that was listed. On top of that my 2nd purchase which was the leather backpack they sent me the wrong bag. A waste of money. They take forever to respond(if they even respond). Terrible company. I wish i saw the reviews prior.

    We purchased an overnight bag in November 2022. It arrived a couple of weeks later but was missing the over the shoulder strap. We have email conversations promising it would be sent or has already shipped. We still have not received it as of this review being posted. I do not recommend this company for anyone to purchase products from.

    WORSE COMPANY EVER!
    My wife bought me a bag for Father's Day, but I needed to exchange because it was slightly too big for my style. The customer service department is a joke. "***** lied to me by telling me that my new product is on the way and then blowing me off. He eventually stopped communication altogether. The original bag that my wife bought has since broke because their quality is garbage.
    DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF!

    The bag itself is beautiful however the person I purchased it for as a gift did not like it. Even though the company stated on their website they would extend their return policy for after the Christmas holidays, they have not returned my request to return. I began emailing them on 12/26. I have sent 5/five requests, no response.

    I don't know where to begin; the supposedly leather backpack I bought from this company is made of plastic. On the outside, it resembles a lousy copy of leather, but on the inside, it is pretty apparent is made of plastic. One of the brackets was damaged on arrival, so I wrote an email which took about five days to get a reply from them where they offered to send me a new bracket. That means I have to unsew the damaged one and sew the new one. Really?Then I asked for a return/refund procedure, and the guy replied, saying they would be charging me a $20 restocking fee and I would have to pay for the shipping back. Don't even bother buying from this company. It is a scam. I will be filing a complaint with the ****

    I wish I had seen these reviews. The product was extremely poor quality, with poor stitching, and customer service has not replied. Their phone number is also non-responsive. This company promotes a very different product than they provide. Do not use this company.

    Don't buy from here! The bags look nothing like the pics on the website. I was trying to exchange the bag a bought for another one, and was told they would email me a link to pay the difference. It has been almost 3 months, and still no link. They told me they might have the wrong email address, but the funny part is they told me that by email. I have been dealing with a guy named **** who doesn't have any idea of what he is doing. Stay away from this company, this has been the worst experience I have ever had as far as shopping online.
