  I purchased a leather briefcase from this company. When it arrived, I was very disappointed to find that the quality of the workmanship was very poor and no invoice was included. The company supposedly gives you 30 days to make returns;however, I have sent multiple emails without response. I also attempted to call the phone number on their website but there was no answer and no way to leave a message. I can only conclude that they are aware that their products are inferior and have chosen to make returns as difficult as possible

  I ordered a duffel from them in March and it came quickly and I liked it. It lacked a complete shoulder strap. I contacted their customer service and they have done nothing in six months except lie and stall. Im not a complainer, but this is the WORST customer service Ive ever had

  I received 1 of 2 items purchased. I did not receive my $200 leather jacket. I tried calling the company and got an answering machine. I do not care for the leather satchel I bought. I'm very dissatisfied with the company.

  Total scam artist. I am notifying the ************** ****** of ******** Affairs and the **** They are a shell/shill corporation drop shipping cheap garbage products from ***** and other foreign locations. The shipments "get lost" and then they string out customers for weeks and weeks on end. I filed a chargeback today with **************** and will get my $229 back immediately. But I will make ABSOLUTELY SURE that the Attorney General of New York knows that they are posing as a New ************ when they aren't.

  I have now sent two emails and still no *********** I am adding my reviewas well as posting on the Better Business Bureau website. NOT HAPPY AT ALL AND WOULD REALLY APPRECIATE A RESPONSE AS WELL AS ACTION TO CORRECT MY LATEST ORDER Aug 19th, 2022 To Whom It May ******** I reached out to you via email on Wed, Aug 17th, and still have had no response. I am very upset over this and would appreciate communication on how to rectify the below. I have tried your ph number on several occasions and there is no voicemail set up.So, I am emailing once again. " To Whom It May ********I recently ordered your 15" Crazy Horse Backpack (This is now my 4th order with you - same backpack over the last year). For this one - I paid extra to have it delivered sooner as it is a going-away college gift.When I received it, as I was wrapping it - I realized the product was not finished. There are no clasps/buckles on the front & the interior does not have the slots for credit cards etc as well as the divider to put in a computer or device. Obviously this particular backpack was not quality checked. I paid $210 for the backpack as well as for expedited shipping.The order number is 40122.I just tried calling your ph and there is no voicemail set up.I am very disappointed as this was a gift -- and I am so glad I checked before wrapping the product.Please let me know how you will rectify this.Thank you and I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible!
