  iPostal has been a better business mailbox service than the previous one we used. The online tools are *much* better than the previous one. Not everyone at ******* seems to even know they provide this service (so sometimes you have to find a person there who knows about it), but other than that, it's worked well.

  It's ok for now. I didn't know you have to buy storage space to keep some mail. I keep getting mail that's not mine though.

Our strategy is to charge the lowest monthly mailbox fee possible and then charge customers only for the optional services they choose, like shipping, scanning mail content or mail pickup.   I really love Ipostal. It’s convenient and easy to pick up your mail and notify me right away when I get mail and then I go pick it up. You can have them open your mail and show you was in it you can get it shredded or you can have it there and you can go pick it up. It’s a very ideal and I love it.

  1. You are fast - I see the documents shortly after being mailed to me from senders and you scan and send them to me very quickly.
  2. The UI is easy to navigate and NOT overloaded with unnecessary features. I like this simplicity.
  3. Mailing options are reasonable.
  The only suggestion I have is to get couriers to give you a better rate. $278 for a regular size and minimal weight letter is a bit steep. Granted, it had to come from the West Coast all the way to Europe, but for an item of this size, there could have been better and still relatively reliable options. Or, perhaps, expand the network of couriers you are working with.

We are the only digital mailbox service to show real-time shipping prices for each mail item, so you can pick the option that best meets your needs and budget. As you mentioned, shipping to an international address does make the cost higher.

  Please beware with doing business with ipostal1 as the people who run the **** ***** **** *** *** ********** ** ***** location are violently rude and disrespectful and are completely unhelpful with locating mail that has been delivered.
  I am shocked by the way I was treated & spoken to when calling to enquirer about a package that was showing delivered to my box here.
  A Indian man belligerently screamed at me when I asked him if it were possible my package that said “delivered” the previous day could’ve been delivered on Saturday or Monday because the tracking said delivered on Sunday in which they were closed. When he initially answered the phone, as soon as I spoke the words, “I am looking for a package”, he cut me off and extremely rudely said “this is not FedEx”. Caught off guard, I responded, “I’m sorry, is this ipostal1”?,
  I “tried” to explained to him I was looking for a package that says it was delivered Sun 12/18/22.
  He got incredibly irate, and without him putting me on hold and taking the time to look for the package, he angrily stated they were closed on Sundays and I was forcing him to find my package. After him screaming at me all types of absurdities and without allowing me to get a word in, he hung up in my face.
  I am shocked & cannot believe the outburst, rage and evil that was coming from him. He is clearly dealing with mental disruptions and should not be working for the public. I’ve never experienced such an unwarranted vicious response.
  I’ve had this address for a few years now and this was only my second time ever having to call them directly about an item. I am immediately closing the box and hoping the company will prorate a refund. However, judging from who they have owning/managing these stores, I do not expect a positive response to that request.

  I tried to get service from ipostal1. It turned out to be way more of a hassle than it should be. So, I opted out. I never even completed the application process because it made no sense. Then I uninstalled the app from my phone. And now some time later I get a notification saying they charged my credit card. This is bad business in my opinion. Borderline criminal even.

  I travel a lot and this service makes my life way easier. They deliver as promised and I no longer have to fuss with daily forwards from U$P$. I just instruct iPostal1 what to do at my convenience. Very affordable prices for an awesome service!
