    On 6-10-25 I signed up for a virtual mailbox through iPostal1 and paid $10 for a month. The website claimed submitting the 1583 was an easy process, however made NO mention of it requiring a specific service (Proof Online Notary) when signing up. I decided to notarize through another agency and completed it that way. However, it was never stated that I needed to notarize through only Proof and I only found out when I talked to an agent. I ordered a package valued at $40 USD and it was delivered to the Staples location, where they claimed my mailbox was not appearing in their system, even though I had opened the mailbox and am paying for it. Since I cannot file my 1583 through Proof, a requirement not disclosed when signing up, I can not receive the service I am paying for. they claim that I can use my University ID to notarize which all services allow, except for Proof. I attempted to notarize, using the University ID which ********************** claimed was allowed, but when accessing the Proof platform it was not allowed. I have attempted to contact support but do not receive a resolution on the issue as they tell me I need to notarize through Proof, but since they don't let me use my University ID I can not do that. I signed up knowing I had the proper identification for 1583, but since iPostal1 hides that they require notarization through Proof I cannot receive the services I am paying for. I placed an order for a package valued at $40, before I found out that my notarization through another service wouldn't fulfill the requirement- once again not stated when signing up. Now the package is being held and I cannot recieve it.The package is my property, so I need a reimbursement for the value of it ($40) as well as the cost of the subscription, IF they will not accept my 1583 filed through another service OR allow Staples to release my package. It is deceptive to hide the service required to notarize 1583 before signing up, so it should be clearly stated on their website.

    Reason to reopen this case:

    Company support team contacted me and told me to notarize with a different online service. I got a new form notarized and spent an additional 25 dollars on it, they took over a week to "verify" the new form and they rejected the new 1583 form for a reason never stated as a requirement. If I get my 1583 form notarized successfully and officially by a notary then I should be able to receive my package, they have no right to add more steps. They requested I spend ANOTHER 25 dollars to notarize again which i will not be doing. I have been robbed of my money and they want more from me.

    Please reopen the case, I am not satisfied the the resolution offered by the company.

    I started my LLC, ****** ********* April 20, 2025. I had my business address registered with Ipostal1. Since then, I have received 6 pieces of mail, including business credit and banking cards and information. I have requested this sensitive information to be sent to my address at least 4 times. I have contacted *******'s customer service and still no one has sent my mail nor even follow up with the SERVERAL "tickets" that were supposedly opened. I'm no attorney but I'm pretty sure the interference of mail is a FERDERAL OFFENSE. At this time, I strongly feel I have been scammed, and my business's information has been comprimised.

    I paid to have 4 pieces of mail from the IPOSTAL Location of ********************************************************************************************* delivered to my home and handed to a resident. at my home. I paid the service charge. The mail was " picked up" by an UBER driver and never delivered. The driver did not come to my development as the gate would have called me. The driver in essence stole US Mail . I have contacted ******* and have been advised they contacted **** and will let me know if they learn anything. I called the local store as well. They passed the problem off to the IPOSTAL customer service. This is outrageous that a stranger can go take mail to deliver and drive off with it. My understanding is it is a crime to steal other people's mail. I want to know where my 4 business letters are and especially the letter from the Department of Corporations. . I need help getting my mail.

    Dear iPostal1 Customer Support,I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding my recent experience with your service. I have been a satisfied iPostal1 customer until now, but my recent interaction with your customer support team has been deeply frustrating, unprofessional, and unacceptable.Over the past few weeks, I have attempted to transfer my mailbox, and was instructed to complete and submit Form 1583. I followed the instructions provided by your team via email, including your assurance that I could have the form notarized externally and upload it.I did exactly that submitted the completed form via email but was told it contained errors. Despite going back and forth in over ten emails, not once was I told that external notarization was not accepted. When I corrected the form based on your teams feedback and resubmitted it, I was then informed that the form was rejected due to being notarized outside your platform. This requirement was never communicated at any stage during our ***************** addition:Your team failed to provide clear or complete instructions on how to properly complete and submit Form 1583.There was zero accountability for the misinformation I received.After pointing out this inconsistency, my follow-up emails have been ignored. Ive sent four additional emails with no response. As a result of this breakdown in communication and poor customer service, my mailbox was cancelled. I am extremely disappointed. I followed your teams guidance and was misled repeatedly. The lack of phone support and inability to speak with a live agent further compounded the issue.I am formally requesting:1. A full review of the mishandling of my case.2. Reinstatement or transfer of my mailbox with no additional fees.Thank You

    I ordered ipostal service, and was under the impression that it worked like a PO Box, but kept encountering problems accessing the account, getting mail, etc. it turned out that there was an additional step that was not obvious. It came via email and was in my junk folder and the set up was simply not clear. Even the customer service *** reiterated that it may not be clear during registration. Anyway, I was never able to actually use the service and would like a full refund. Thank you.

    Back in October 2024, I was looking for a postal box and I found iPostal1. I considered using their services and they explained the process to me. My husband and I fully cooperated with them and their business protocol which included video notary. After the third day my husband and I decided this was not a fit for us and we went with another company. Since November 2024, iPostal1 has been going in to my bank account and charging ***** each month. I called them and told them it is now fraud because these monthly charges from my bank are UNAUTHORIZED. I never gave them permission to continue debiting my account. When I finally spoke with them, they told me they don't give refunds. I am NOT your customer so it is not considered a refund. It is fraud. I am speaking with my bank to charge back the amount of $119.94. They have every excuse why they cannot return the money that they so dishonestly took from my bank account. I'm sure doing business this way has got to be very lucrative for them but it is illegal plain and simple. I will be reaching out to the ************************* also to reach a resolution and prevent this from happening to anyone else. They offered ***** as a "one time courtesy" What courtesy? They stole from me. I was never their customer. I never completed the assessment. We discontinued the service and they continued to steal from us.

    Last night May 6 2025 I requested to consolidate and ship two items. The price was not yet confirmed when selecting 10 day shipping, it said 'N/A'. I was expecting to be told the price before proceeding with the completion of order and shipment. Yet, today May 7th 2025, I just got a tracking number for a $97.07 shipment. I received that email at 12:22PM. I sent an email and a chat simultaneously at 12:24 to cancel this order immediately as I didn't authorized a $97.07 payment! I was told a support ticket was sent to the mail center via chat. And I received a reply to my email at 4:36 PM saying I requested that they ship immediately and did not ask for a quote. Never have I ask to ship immediately an order for which I was unaware of the price. And also, they were no options to ask for a quote for the consolidation and shipment. I checked my bank account and they charged my debit card $97.07 and 3.90$ without my consent! There's a link in that email to check my invoice but when I click on it, there is no invoice.

    I used to rent two I postal mailboxes from my postal however one store mailbox in **************** close my box down without my permission. I had 8 months left that I was charged for already and when contacting ******* customer service they told me that they would credit my other box in **** at ******* on ********* road for the eight months owed me. This was not done last year they told me they would do it this year however they did not instead they charged my card $99 without my knowledge. They still owe me this 8 months credit they need to reverse the charges on my credit card that they stole.

    I have a mailbox with ipostal1, mailbox #****. I have requested my mail be consolidated and shipped to me, as per the services provided by the virtual mailing service. My requests to send my mail are being ignored, and despite reaching out to customer service on 3 occasions (2 chat and one email) my request is still being ignored. I just want my mail and I want to close this mailbox. I am prohibited from closing the box while it still contains mail, and since they are ignoring my shipping requests I cannot close the box. I am totally held hostage to the companies refusal to send out my mail, and I have no other idea what to do that to ask for assistance from the BBB.

    I had issues with confirmation information needed and asked to be cancelled and refunded last year. For the charge of *****. I was just billed this month for another full year. I am not interested in the service any longer it was not something I was able to obtain due to lack of proof of identity and no longer in need **** was able to find another source. I also reviewed my account and noticed I was never cancelled or refunded. I want both years refunded please. I never used the service. I have tried several times to speak to an agent and continue to receive messages stating the wait time is longer than expected and ten timing out and sending a ticket request closure email. I was able to receive a email back on the last attempt stating they closed the account and refunded ***** However that is only half of the refund. Again the service was never setup to use due to qualifying information requested was unobtainable.
