    Really useful as I have moved to a different country. I don't have to pay hundreds of dollars a year for mail forwarding to receive junk mail, but can still receive important pieces of mail.

    The user portal could be updated and more user-friendly, but customer service was great when I needed to change addresses and add services. As a new user, I haven't experienced any other issues.

    Great service, but wish I didnt have to pay $1 for each piece of mail/package I pickup; especially junk mail that just goes in the trash and also when Im picking up multiple items at the same time. It starts to really add up on top of the monthly fee.

    Thanks for your review. Since it does take time and labor to process a pickup task, there is a nominal charge. All fees for the optional services provided are listed on the Pricing page on our website and details on pickup fees are available by each address listing. Your location charges $1 for any number of letters, $1 per package, and $3 per oversized package. You should not be charged $1 for each letter you pick up at one time. If you see any junk mail on your account, you can discard it at no charge. One of our **************** representatives will contact you.

    I love their service. It is simple and convenient to use. However, it took me longer time to get my notary done and after getting it done, I was still ask to do it again via email which I believe, it was a mistake.My suggestion to this, the company needs more support staff to handle things for them in order to expedite things faster.So far so good using iPostal1 ************ and add value to it as well.******************
