I got a message that Neco Alliance has a rebate check that has not been mailed to me.Business Response

We've been in contact with the customer and have tried to investigate the complaint but have been unable to locate their rebate within our system. Customer has contacted the controllers office regarding unclaimed funds however, they have a different name than the customer. As we are unable to locate a rebate for the customer (under either of the names provided) unfortunately we are unable to assist further. Thank youInitial Complaint

I was issued a $200 gift card which was delivered to the wrong address and sat on the other homes table or draw, apparently until finally they sent it back and got to me last month. They wrote wrong address and sorry was buried in a drawer and finally discovered months later. Not my fault.I opened the card and it is expired and would like the card reissued non of the funds were used and Neco alliance will have stolen $200 from me if they don't reissue a card. I look forward to resolving this issue immediately.I tried contacted customer service and they said sorry your out the money its to late.Thank You.Customer Answer

I never received my $200 rebate from NECO online rebates. I went directly to the company and this is the response I received:Hello ********, Thank you for your email. Upon review of your file, your claim was marked paid in our system as of 01/21/2022, and an email to redeem your rebate payment would have been sent to the email address on file with 24 - 48 hours of that date. The terms and conditions of the rebate program stated: Allow up to 8 weeks to receive the payment email with instructions for redeeming a physical or virtual Prepaid card. The **** Prepaid Card would come with an expiration date. You will not have access to the funds after expiration. Your rewards card has expired and we are unable to reissue it at this time. I purchased front load washer and dryer appliances and received a paper that I was supposed to receive a $100 rebate. The models I purchased are listed in the rebate form on ********************************* site. I have all the required documents, purchased the appliances within specified timeframe, attached the invoice etc etc, but my form is being rejected with "he purchase as entered is not eligible for promotion". There is no way to speak with someone and the "co-browsing" option is not answered.Customer Answer

We made a big appliance packet purchase through an online company on March 18, 2022 which qualified us automatically for $ ****** rebate on a **** card (Whirlpool Bonus Rebate Program/ Purchase 3 full size kitchen appliance to qualify for $ ****** rebate) We had a terrible luck with deliveries and finally received everything after couple of months and filed our paperwork for the rebate with ********************* with all needed paperwork and additional proof of deliveries with the serial numbers included at the end of June 2022-beginning of July 2022. The system accepted everything as we uploaded and we were given a claim# #**********. Today when I checked our claim statusit was "decline" with no email explanation of some sort. The company is basically a scam..I tried to call noone answers the customer service line. Emailed and they gave me ticket# ******* and says our request will be reviewed.. All we want is our rebate that we were qualified to be sent to us as soon as possible. We have already dealed with the "horrible" appliance company and now this.. We feel like we are being robbed off $****** in these days most people need every single *****..Customer Answer

My rebate has been delayed again. Now they say it is approved, but will take 16 weeks to process payment. My order number is **********. This process was started 6 months ago. I should get my rebate of $400.00 NOW.Business Response

I purchased three appliances from Appliances Connection that were advertised as eligible for a $300 rebate when purchased as a bundle. However, when I attempted to submit the rebate request through the Neco Rebates website, I got an error message stating that one of the appliances is not eligible for the rebate, although the Appliances Connection website expressly includes this model range in the rebate.I called Neco and was told that Appliances Connection must update the list of eligible appliances before they can honor the rebate. However, when I contacted Appliances Connection, I was told that they don't provide lists of eligible appliances to Neco and that I must work it out with Neco.I contacted Neco again and told that the information I was given was in error and that I should send them documentation showing the three items I purchased are eligible for the rebate.I provided this information and have contacted Neco several times yet they continue to fail/refuse to honor the rebate that clearly applies to the items I purchased. I have only received emails instructing me to resubmit my rebate claim, however, the Neco website continues to reject my rebate request.Customer Answer
