    NECO Alliance advertised a promotion (attached) which included a $400.00 promotion for the purchase of 4 GE appliances from one of their affiliates. The program ran from 5/1 to 6/7/23 and required a claim to be submitted by 9/7/23. On 5/3/2023, I purchased 4 eligible items through one of their affiliates, as indicated on the invoice (attached) and submitted an online claim with all required documentation (attached) on 9/1/23. An acknowledgement of receipt was received by me the following day. After not hearing from them for some time, I rechecked the status of the claim and found that it was denied. I was able to locate a telephone number for their support center and spoke with a representative. The representative could not find the terms of the promotion which was in-place at the time of my purchase and kept telling me that I was outside of the time frame for the promotion that ran from June 7 - Sept. 7, 2023. That conversation led me nowhere, so I tried again. This time the agent told me that she could not locate the promotion to which I was referring but would make note of it and would put it back in for review. Once again, after not hearing from NECO, I rechecked the status of the claim. Lo and behold, I was once again denied but the information provided online gave no specific reasons. Calls again were made and again it was put in for review, As you can see by the screen shot picture (included), additional information was needed. In very small print under the exclamation **** you will note that an email was sent to me. No such email was received by me. I again called the support center and asked to speak to a supervisor and for a copy of the email. The agent could not find an email and said that a supervisor was unavailable to speak with me. Less than 24 hours later, the status of my claim changed and was again denied. It is clear that any further efforts on my part to resolve this matter will be futile.

    I wish to thank you for your assistance in getting the attention of someone at the company who was willing to review this matter along with the accompanying documentation and reconsider the claim. Without your intervention, I a certain that my claim would never have been reconsidered. Thank you.

    I purchased $17,227 in appliances on 10/06/2022. I was told there was a rebate from NECO alliance for $400. I was to wait until delivery to enter the rebate information. On 2-22-23 I entered the information online, my claim reference number is ********** . It said to allow ***** weeks for approval and 4-6 weeks for payment (a total of up to 22 weeks). I waited the time they said then started thinking that it should have been here by now. I called customer service on *********** weeks after submitting the rebate) and was told my rebate was already issued and expired. They said it was issued on 3-3-23 and expired in June. I was told that they could not do anything about it. So I am out $400!! They should not say that it will take up to 22 weeks if the rebate card expires (around 21 weeks) before the time they ask you to allow them to process it. I feel this is very wrong and they should not be allowed to do this to people. I waited like they said to. I did the right thing I am out the $400 !!! I asked them to reissue the rebate card and they said NO. I told them I was going to post this here to warn other people and they said Go ahead. They did not seem to care at all.

    We purchased a washer/dryer that included a rebate. NECO Alliance is the processor of the rebate. I checked that our rebate was approved on a link provided by NECO. The approval stated that I would receive an email with instructions for next steps. I did not receive that email (searched all emails for prior 30 days). I sent an email to the address provided and was told that a new email was issued and that I should follow the instructions within. I again did not receive an email. I called the number in the response email. This number is for the issuer of the rebate **** card. I was told that I needed a digital code from NECO for them to find my rebate. I again emailed NECO (no phone # for them was provided) and received a reply that the email with instructions was sent again. I did not receive the email. I suspect that I will get no further response. We would like to collect our rebate.

    I purchased a set of 4 appliances on April 5, 2023 totaling $2745.52. Order number *********. I received an email regarding Mail-In Rebate Submission Deadline Notice: NECO and Manufacturer's Rebates. I followed the directions on submitting the rebate by the deadline of July 31, 2023 ** March NECO Rebate For Purchases between 3/1/23 and 4/30/23 Submit online at ********************************************** for Form I entered all the information they it states that none of it is eligible for rebate. When I tried to call the number she kept cutting me off and said not all the appliances are eligible to remove the ones that are not and submitted, before i could say anything else she said enjoy the rest of your evening and hung up the phone!

    The models purchased were not eligible for the rebate, and were not part of the eligible model list on the rebate form.  As the customer was misinformed by the dealer the appliances were purchased from, we've made an exception and processed the rebate for the customer anyways.  Customer has confirmed that they have now received their card in the mail, so no further action required.     I purchased five ******* appliances from Appliances Connection on 11/25/22 (order # ********), four of which were eligible for a $400 rebate from Neco Alliance (the countertop microwave was not eligible). I submitted the necessary paperwork and my rebate form and received an email on 2/21/23 stating that my rebate claim was received and that my claim number was ********** (deadline date was 2/28/23). The email stated that the approximate time to to process and approve a claim is 16 weeks. I just checked on the claim and it says declined for not meeting the requirements of the program, when I submitted all the documents they needed and on time.

    Neco Alliance approved my $400 rebate on Friday, June 23, 2023. I received an email to confirm my payment and to choose whether I wanted a physical debit card or instant access to the card number so that I could use the rebate money online. ******* at Neco has kept me updated on this matter to ensure everything went smoothly and to make sure I received my rebate, which I greatly appreciated.

    in October of 2023 we purchased and submitted two ( 2 ) WHIRLPOOL kitchen appliances and submitted the necessary paper work for a $ ****** rebate thru NECO ALLIANCE. Which was approved claim number ********* BUT NEVER ISSUED ! I have contacted NECO multiple times and all they say is that card is coming , card has been reissued or rebate is in the mail !THIS IS A JOKE !!

    I have purchaed 3 appliances totalling $1910.63 on 06/10/2022 with order number ******* with company called ******************** , ************************************************* purchased I was eligible for a rebate of Program code ********* *or a rebate of $300.Rebate says buy ******* PURCHASE ANY 3 FULL SIZE KITCHEN AND/OR LAUNDRY APPLIANCES FOR A $300 REBATE.I was given till 01/31/2023 to go to **************************. and upload. After uploading I am getting an issue of "The purchase as entered is not eligible for promotion." and does not allow me to submit to get a claim number. I have tried to reach out multiple times via phone and was told one of the models though a ******* dryer ( that comes paired with the other ******* - Washer) is not eleibible or there ia technical glitch. Either way they are not able to resolve this to get me a $300 rebate check/refund/adjustment.Thanks***

    Purchased an appliance package from **************************************. I received two rebates, one of which was from NECO Alliance, in the amount of $300.00. This rebate came as a pre-paid Mastercard, which can be used anywhere, with no restrictions. I have tried using this card on two occasions now and both times the purchase with this card has been declined. I called the number on the back of the card and the first time was told, maybe the merchant's machine does not except this card. The second time I was told that a block was put on the card because of my first attempt in using it and now cannot use the card until the block is removed. Tried calling the corporate office for NECO, which is supposedly in ***** **, and the number is not in service. I don't know what type of scam this is, but I want my $300.00.

    We've tried contacting the customer numerous times but have yet to hear back.  We can escalate the issue to the card company however, cannot do so without further information from the customer as the issue could be for a number of reasons.  Prepaid cards are not without restrictions (as mentioned in the Terms & Conditions), and some merchants do not accept split billing (if trying to purchase for more than the balance of the card), so without knowing the specific details of the attempted transaction we are unable to assist the customer further.  If she calls the card company directly (number on the back of the card) they will be able to assist her.  In addition, should she finally respond directly to us, we will assist her in resolving this with the card vendor.  Thank you.

I asked for a supervisor and was told that calls cannot be transferred to supervisors. I can show you phone records of the calls I made. also, all calls are recorded, so they can be played back. I can also show you that I have received no incoming calls from them by my phone records. Honestly, they are full of **** and liars.

    I purchased a range from a local ************* **************************** ********************************************************************************************. Purchase make 11/9/22. With the range came a rebate of $200 to be files with Neco Alliance. I started the claim on line (6 pgs) only got as far an page 2 and claim was halted. I checked and reentered all the information and called the store where I purchased it and the information/ I entered was correct. And the original invoice was uploaded to Neco. I've tries repeatedly tried call for help however all phone numbers are disconnected. I am entitled to a $200 rebate.Anything you can do to help will be greatly appreciated. I will upload the invoice.*********************

    We've reached out to the customer to explain that her purchase does not qualify for the rebate (as only one model was purchased whereas the minimum requirement for this rebate is 2 eligible models - see attached rebate form and invoice). Unfortunately, it seems there was some misunderstanding regarding the rebate eligibility, however, it is clear from the rebate form that only one model does not qualify.  Rebate form, and copy of customer's invoice has been attached for reference.  As a result, unfortunately we are unable to process this request.  Regards.
