    After doing business with The LCF Group 2 years ago, despite direct warnings demanding no more contact, this entity keeps sending emails, voice mails, and text messages. We emailed a written warning to ******************************* on 11/8/2022 telling them not to contact us anymore, and are still receiving text messages, including one from ******************************* on 11/23/2022 at 12:53PM ET.We (****** and *******************************) demand no further contact from The LCF Group (Last Chance Finance) as we have no interest whatsoever in ever doing business with them again. No contact is demanded with any address, phone number, and email within this complaint, within the attachment, and also do not contact ************ nor [email protected].******************************* VP of Logistics ************************

    Obviously they have had the same exact complaints recently and pending lawsuits for same thing . This is the most horrific experience I have ever had . I am a small business owner and unfortunately have had to take out cash advances to try to stay open after our town was evacuated for a large fire . I got an advance that netted $4100 and payback was $7450 ($248 per day payback ) yes I know a terrible deal but at the time I . I started out decent the first few payments cleared then I missed a couple then more cleared long story short I paid 20 payments so far in 5 weeks but I missed 8 , I offered to make up those payments in one lump sum and they said I can do that but the fees are now $7500 in extra fees so its $1000 for each debit I have missed even though I have paid 80% off in 5 weeks . Then I read the reviews and the pending lawsuit and realize this is a scam . They even went as far as to contact my landord who I had been working w to lease another location for the past 2 months in another city , needless to say he is not going to lease a space to me w a lawsuit pending so that just cost me $350,000 . This was a horrible mistake on my part , I have taken many cash advances since ***** and never had something like this happen to me, it went as far as me retaining an attorney , that cost me $10,000 legal fees to file a lawsuit, which will take months to go to trial . Anyway This will be your worst nightmare , they literally called me a Deadbeat and have harassed me and my staff EVERYDAY . They do not acknowledge 21 cleared payments in 5 weeks they only will tell you how horrible you are cause of the ones you missed , Its like the more payments they got from me the worse the treatment got . They even charged me a stop payment fee but yet continue to debit my account . They literally levied my account so i cant clear their debits . This is insane . I have 50 plus emails but you will get the idea w the attachments .

Your advance with us is much less than 80% repaid, and we have received unprofessional and threatening texts and phone calls from you on several occasions, which we have documented. We would like to help you get back on track with your payments and provide you with a payment pause or modification depending on your financial situation, but can only do so if we continue in an appropriate professional manner. Please contact us directly so we can resolve your account balance.   We look forward to hearing from you. Your contract also contains a provision for arbitration or mediation if you would prefer a 3rd party be involved as well.

    I HAVE TAKEN MULTIPLE LOANS FROM THIS COMPANY. EACH AND EVERY TIME, NEAR THE END OF THE LOAN REPAYMENT THEY FIND A WAY TO PUT YOU INTO DEFAULT. AND WHEN YOU DO THEY CHARGE AN ENOURMOUS ***. MY *** WAS $2500.00 FOR MISSING "3 DAILY PAYMENTS" IN A ROW. I DO NOT DENY MISSING THESE PAYMENT. HOWEVER, I DID WHAT I WAS TOLD AND CONTACTED THEIR COMPANY FOR A BREAK IN WITHDRAWALS AT ANY TIME BECAUSE THEY WERE THERE TO HELP. EACH AND EVERY TIME I CONTACTED THEM FOR A BREAK, THEY DID NOT DO IT. OR THEY WAITED MORE THAN 3 DAYS TO DO IT. MEANING AS SOON AS YOU CALL THEM TO TELL THEM YOU ARE NEEDING A BREAK FROM WITHDRAWALS IS REALLY JUST YOU TELLING THEM THEIR CHANCE HAS COME TO ADD AN ADDITIONAL $2500.00 *** TO YOUR ACCOUNT. THE FIRST TIME IT HAPPENED THEY USED THE *** AS A NEGOTIATING TACTICT TO MAKE ME DO ANOTHER LOAN, WHICH THEY CALL A FUNDING, BECAUSE 50% INTEREST IS NOT LEGAL. WHICH IS WHAT THEY CHARGE. THEY WON'T CALL IN INTEREST AND THEY OFTEN HANG UP ON YOU WHEN YOU USE THE **** INTEREST. I GUESS THEY HAVE BEEN IN TROUBLE BEFORE BECAUSE OF THAT. I HAVE AN ACCOUNT WITH A $700 BALANCE REMAINING. UNFORTUNATELY THE COMPANY THAT I WORK FOR WENT OUT OF BUSINESS. RIGHT BEFORE THAT THEIR **** ACCOUNTS GOT HACKED AND THERE WERE MANY PROBLEMS THAT FORCED THEM TO CLOSE. *** GROUP AFTER BEING TOLD ABOUT THE VARIOUS PROBLEMS CONTINUED TO WITHDRAW PAYMENTS FROM THE ACCOUNT. UNTIL EVENTUALLY THE COMPANY HAD TO STOP THEM FROM DOING THAT. OR ELSE FACE MORE PENALTIES FROM THE **** WHICH AMOUNTED TO HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS ALREADY. INSTEAD OF WORKING "OUT A DEAL" THEY INSTEAD HIT THE *** ACCOUNT WITH AN ADDTL $2500.00 ***. SO NOW FOR $700.00 ACTUALLY OWED WITH ***S IS MORE THAN $7 THOUSAND $7000.00 DOLLARS. THEY FILED UCC LIEN AND LOCKED UP 1 CASHAPP ACCOUNT THAT CONTAINS THE $700 THEY ARE OWED. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY OVERCHARGED AND REFUSE TO ALLOW THE COMPANY TO PAY THE PROPER AMOUNT. REMOVE THE ***S. IMMEDIATELY TO RECEIVE PAYMENT. ******* ***** **** ****** ***

We pride ourselves on working with our customers who are experiencing financial difficulty, and setting up short-term payment modifications or pauses, depending on your financial situation. According to our records, we have been contacting you several times each week for the past 8 months to resolve this account. This account defaulted in February and has had dozens of returned payments.
