      Air france lost my 4 pieces of luggage, no office baggage claim to report to at ****************** (******), and no one was available when we arrived at 8:35PM on 8/14 flight *****. I went twice to the airport, because it takes more than 54 minutes to get someone on the phone to talk to. When I checked my messages about my bags, 2 of them arrived one on the 15th flight *****, and one on the 16th flight *****, when I went to check, I was told it in the customs, it can't be for 2 days , actually no one took the time to collect them. It's night mare, the manager at the counter was not helpful, she was rude. I have to go back again to check.I have 9 window blind custom made that cost almost $3000 rapped in plastic, and 2 of them in duffel bag, also custom made living room fabric including curtains, and other stuff that cost more money. I could not attach a picture of my 4 bags to air france file, because of their system. Up to today I haven't heard from them. I have to go back again to check with someone or with customs.Worst service ever.

      Booked a flight from ***** to Nice for 2 people and somehow my name appeared in both passenger names. Tried contacting Air France to correct. They would charge $200 to correct. Was told to cancel flight and rebook This was only 4 hours after booking so it fell within the 24 hour guideline. I remember choosing refund when I cancelled. After a few days I still saw both reservations there. Contacted Air France and they said theres no way I can get a refund since the cancelation didnt go through. So now I paid for 2 bookings with my name on 3 seats. This is crazy!!
