      They have untrained customer service representatives, I called to upgrade my seat, and I spoke to an agent I could hardly understand. After I told him my issue, he talked about something unrelated to my problem. I requested to speak to a supervisor, and after putting me on hold, he told me the supervisor was busy, so I had to call back. After going back and forth, he hung up on me. I don't think I'm ever flying with them again, and I'm going to complain everywhere I can on the Internet. Thank you.

      Very Well Dissppointed with the Air france We lost of 2 luggaes with Air france ,after waiting 1.5 month they close the file without locating the Lugggae further.Very poor customer service from Claims. they process the claims according to their moods ,intensions Please request dont be rude with ur passengers who already lost their personal belongings in that lugagges .atleast think like as a good human please help to passenger who choose Air france .

      Air France Lost all my baggages and found after four days. Few bags were damage and lost many personnel belonging. I end buying those missing items. I filed the complain but they are reimbursing only for delay damage bags but not compensating all my lost personnel belonging .I tried multiple times but they are very rude and do not want to accept their mistake after proving all my receipt as well. My exposure was more than $3,000.00 but they do want to accept my claim. I would never recommend any one to travel through air France. I am trying other alternate to file complain against them.

      Lost my bag with medications inside. The customer service team has no updated information and information is not synchronized in their intranet. Lies after lies.

      Poor customer care service!Simply poor customer service. Disrespectful, rude, and unprofessional agents. Website with glitches. Long wait to speak to representatives on changeable reservations that they end up having you to call them to change. Extremely poor service. What is happening to Air France? Is it new management? I used to love this company. This is very bad

      Warning, I booked tickets with AirFrance last week. Paid more for an Economy Flex ticket. I decided on this type of ticket because it said "fully refundable" paid $150 additional per ticket for the "fully refundable" ticket. I found out literally 2 days later that I had to cancel my flight. I thought great I have fully refundable tickets. It turns out for AirFrance that means ONLY refundable for a travel voucher NOT original form of payment. When purchasing the tickets it is not clear that you do not receive original payment back. You need to click on a link after you receive your ticket via email, which I did not do because it SAYS fully refundable. Beware, I am out $2,500 because I cannot use the tickets. I called to try and resolve the issue but that in its self was enough to drive someone crazy.

      I have travelled on AF from *** to *********. Upon arrival at *** on August 25, my bag went missing. I filed a claim with AF at *** airport the same day. Since August 25, I have not heard from AF despite my several calls and emails. After 21 days, AF told me to file another claim to request a compensation. Since September 12, AF has not reimbursed me for the incidental expenses. I have submitted all the receipts. As of today, October 21, I am still waiting for AF to reimburse me for the incidental expenses and to find my luggage.

      I ******** **** travelled with AirFrance on the 13th July through ****** -***** and ****** and one of my suitcases was missing.I had my personal belongings plus valuable items l bought to share to family members and my personal stuff to use and stayed for two weeks in ******** until l returned back to the US and my suitcase has not being found.I have called them to no avail and a claim number was given to me ********* and until now my box is not found and no compensation yet.Am Sooh traumatized.Use your office to fight for my claims.Thank you

      This review is to warn everyone who plans to book a flight with AirFrance. My name is ***** and I travelled with AirFrance on July 6th. When I arrived to my final destination, it took me 4 hours to find my luggages except one suitcase. I was instructed at the airport to file a claim for a missing bag. I did file the claim and I was given a claim number to check the status online. The next morning I checked the status online and it showed that the suitcase was located and scheduled to be delivered on July 8th. I waited two days and never receive a phone call or email to go get my bag. I called customer service and I was told that they lost track of the suitcase but they expected to be delivered within few weeks. I started calling daily and customer support were very unprofessional and rude. They did not have any answers to my questions nor of they still have my suitcase until few days ago when they told me that they do not think they will be able to find my luggage and I would have to go online and add all the receipts for possible refund. I started digging for the receipts for the items that were in the bag which is almost $4500. I finally was able to gather all my receipts and went online today to add the receipts to the claim and whenever I try to enter the information for the claim to open, it keeps saying that ACESS TO MY FILE IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE AND CONTACT AIRFRANCE. This airline has to commitment nor respect to the customers. They lost my luggage with all the gifts that I got for my family, my new clothes and shoes, my kids new clothes and shoes and now they are denying responsibility and deleted my claim from my system. I tried calling and they just put me on hold now for hours. I searched for email to contact and I could not find any on their website. I am reporting them to *********************** in the US.

      I'm a world traveler and I would NEVER fly Air France again. On 02/2022 I booked a two week trip with a visit to four countries, France, *******, ******* and *****. When I arrived to my first stop, France my baggage never arrived. I filed a claim immediately and they sent me on a wild chase to locate my airport at *******, ******* and *****. I was desperate to get my belongings back so I went to every airport but no baggage. I FINALLY received my baggage two weeks after my trip ended only it was severely damaged, unrepairable, with missing personal new belongs stolen and replaced with someone else's personal belongings. It's now August 2022 and my claim was filed with Air France March 2022. They were one hundred percent reliable and don't want to provide compensation or give me updates for something they and their employees caused. The wait times are atrocious sometimes I wait upto two hours for an update and since claims department is so backlogged customer service is simply just a messenger. DONT FLY WITH AIR FRANCE. Read all their reviews as they are Money hungry and will do whatever it takes to keep the money that's owed to you.
