      NEW OWNER made this airline a total FRAUD airline which was used to be a National Airline I am looking for my REFUND as well as compensation for this harassment.

      done per fare rules. Those fare rules are not part of the ticket and I have asked for an explanation with no attempt whatsoever on their part to explain it to me. I feel completely cheated at this point where they charged me 85% of the fare for only 50% of the journey! I am hoping BBB can help me bring this to Air India's attention and help me get my just additional refund.

       Hi BBB team,

      Thank you very much for your support and follow up.

      AirIndia team contacted me via email but issue was not resolved.

      I had purchased ticket paying huge amount of money to reach on time to attend my office, otherwise I could have booked long layover with less amount of money. The concern I had raised on it was 1 day delay to reach my destination, secondly, they did not provide any accommodation due to the delay nor none of them available at Airport.

      Thirdly their customer support did not help via mobile which was caused to stand entire night in the airport along with my luggage to connect with my destination flight in the next day afternoon. 

      I would request them to at least refund the 50% ticket amount and accommodation fare or reasonable adjustments due to the 1 day delayed and hotel charges. seeking any honest reasonable decision from their end.

      We were supposed to travel to India on May 16th at ****p. My mom fell ill at 430am on may 16th and was in the hospital by 530am in an urgent cardiac situation. She was hospitalized until may 17th afternoon. We called air india may 16th 6am to let them know we will not make flight then at 12pm to ask what we should do. Air india staff that answered had different replies each time. Finally after discharge we called air india only to find a different answer again. This person told us to give all medical info and a refund will be given. After attaching all discharging paperwork, multiple doctor notes that they requestedwe were told we would not get a refund as she was not in the hospital for 72 hours. They said this was the policy. However we talked to multiple air india customer service and none of them stated this. It is july 5th almost two months after her illness and this has caused us more stress. We asked for proof of this policy and this was not given. We asked for partial refund and this was not option. How can a person who is hospitalized at 4am who as to leave at ****p on a flight still make it to the flight. How can a person who is told not to fly have to stay in the hospital for 3 days only to get refund. Air India has caused us unnecessary stress.

      I was onboard flight AI 176 (*** --> ***) on Feb 5, 2023, and before takeoff the flight air-hostess told me they needed to check-in my cabin luggage. They took my luggage, but did not give me any luggage tag. Once I landed in *** I did not get my cabin luggage. I did not get my cabin luggage in *** (final destination) either. I filled out a *** lost luggage report in ***, and they said they will look for 21 days. It took them 2 months of me constantly writing to them to finally locate my bag and send it back to *** on AI175/12Apr from ********* under rush tag ********. They told me to show the *** report at *** to collect the baggage. However, I've visited *** at least 5 times since April to recover my bag, but no one there knows where my bag is or how to recover it. I've tried calling *** Air India listed online, but their phone number never works. I've emailed them a lot too to follow up and get more details on how to recover my bag, but no helpful responses beyond the automated messages. Air India has wasted too much time on recovering my bag, from not locating it until 2 months later to not replying even once it has reached ***. I would like my bag to be located in *** and sent to me in ********, **.
