      o refuse service.Inbound/:1.Broken Tray Table:oMy tray table was broken, frequently falling onto my legs and making it difficult to eat or rest.2.Unsafe Seat Functionality:oThe seat reclined and returned upright on its own, especially during turbulence, making it unsafe and uncomfortable. Flight attendants informed me there were no alternative seats available.3.Entertainment ************************* system for all three seats was non-functional, and the suggested in-flight Wi-Fi option to access entertainment did not work ************* Quality:oThe food was stale, causing my daughter to develop a stomach infection and leaving my wife and me feeling unwell for two days after landing.5.Unresponsive Flight Attendants:oRequests for water or assistance were met with long delays, and overall service was unhelpful.The overall experience was distressing and far below acceptable standards, especially given the amount paid.

      At this time, I have been contacted directly by Air India regarding complaint ID ********, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

      AIR INDIA only offered me 4000 rupees (ape cad 70) only as a compensation ,whereas I spent aproximetly cad$ 9200 for the two tickets and went through a h*** lot of discomfort and mental torture. 

      I have refused to accept the offer but they said no matter I do ,this compensation will not be increased.

      My mother-in-law was supposed to travel from ********* to *******. Her flight was canceled by Air India on September 26th. We booked her on the next flight and put in a refund request to Air India on September 27th. My full refund has not been issued yet. I have had multiple interactions with Air India - with no resolutions.

      I recently traveled to India with two check in bags and one carry on. When I was leaving India from ***************, the agent at counter 51 forced me to check in my carry on bag. My carry on is within specs for international travel but she used domestic travel specs to measure the bag. My ticket clearly stated that I was allowed a carry on and 2 checked bags.I did not want to miss my flight and I as forced to pay USD $251.11. Further, they charged me twice!
