      ********* - Booking # ******** / Waiver Request #******
      Emirates Airline
      Sun, Dec 11, 2022 me and my two siblings traveling from ****** *** ***** *** to ******* ****** *** with layover in ****** *** on Emirates Airline Flight 934 11:50 am depart time and arrive ****** *** 04:50 pm
      In ****** *** ***** *** I Arrived to counter at 10:35 am to check in bags and there was no one there. I was told to speak to someone at customers service. Went to customer service and they told they cant help me. Called  
      Emirates Airline and they told me to call ********* because booking was done with them. Called ********* and they were closed due to the time zone. Booked another fight with Continental airlines to get home back to *******.
      Filed a complaint and to get a refund. ********* told me I need to reach out to Emirates Airline. Called Emirates Airline and I was told ********* need to file a investigation.
      Today on 1/10/2023 2:51 pm ********* called me denied me refund.

      They lost my baggage and no one seems to find it!!!! It was scanned in **, and its 2 days and they have no update, after promising me that it will most likely go on the next flight.

      Im very disappointed with Emirates. My husband and I traveled to ***** in September of this year. Our Louis ******* luggage never made it to *****. Emirates asked me to send all receipts for my luggage and its contents. I did that and my luggage including the items totaled around $6k. Emirates is offering me $1600 and advised me that this is their MAX ****** allotted for articles. My husbands birthday gifts were in that bag, we were traveling for his 50th Birthday. Why should the customer be at a loss? This trip cost me more than it was worth! My luggage alone was the price that theyre offering me. Make sure if you travel Emirates and you have a high end luggage DO NOT CHECK IT IN. I even reached out to the **************** and no from that office got back to me. This is bad business!!!!

      I purchased tickets for my parents from *** to *****. The flights were delayed over 3 hours on each flight, no drinks or food were served on domestic and international flights. They were seated next to lavatories and broken seats. The flights were overbooked and very crowded. My parents are over 70 years old with heart conditions and type 1 diabetes. Since water was not serviced they could not take their medication and back seats were causing headaches due to loud engine noise. The complain was filed with Emirates main office - no reply or respond was received. I tried to reach out to *** main office no one picking up the phone. This airline is horrible. They don't care about customers. The money that I paid for their service does not worth it. Buyer be aware.

      I recently was on a group trip to ******. I missed my group flight from ******, ** to ******, ****** because my connecting flight from ******* to ****** was cancelled due to weather. I had to fly on a different airline (and pay an additional $1,000) to ****** because there were no other Emirates flights available. My trip manager had to cancel my reservation for what was supposed to be ONLY that leg of the entire booking of the round trip ticket. Emirates had ensured my trip manager that my RETURN flight reservation was still intact. On the day of departure from ****** to ******, I found out at the last minute my ticket for the return flight was no longer valid. The only way I could get on that flight was to purchase my own ticket at the ridiculous price of $3,222.83 because it was last minute. I had to get on that flight in order to get home on time to make another connecting flight. I had prepaid for the round trip booking and should have been reimbursed for the first leg I missed (or at least been refunded for the extra $1,000 to fly another airline) and for the return flight mishap. I have requested a refund from Emirates and also filed a complaint. To date, I have received NOTHING! Its a disgrace that a multi-million dollar airline cannot admit its wrong doing and refund a customer what is mere pocket change for a mistake it made! I will NEVER fly Emirates again!!!!

      Emirates airlines customer service and the team that manages their complaints are the worse ever . Not only they have changed my flight schedule from 2 hours layover to 10 hours but they have promised to handle my ****** over seas) and provide a hotel stay over night . I am 77 years old woman with medical conditions. Upon arriving to ***** no **** was provided nor a hotel room . Even I have suggested a complimentary use of their VIP lounge . They have refused to accommodate me with anything . Provided a one meal voucher and that all. Upon arrival to my destination from ******* ******* my luggage was damaged . Reported all the experience to the airline customer service and all what they offered is 10k in miles . This is ridiculous! I requested a full refund of my flight for sleeping on the benches of the airport for 10 hours on a flight that I originally paid for and selected with 2 hours layover . Refund my money back !!!!
