      Horrible customer service. I paid for 3 preferred seats. I have the receipt that shows I paid for it now airlines issued one of the seats to some other passenger.

      Qatar, left a young women stranded in ************* (April 21st 2023) airport unable to leave, then later in ************ ************ (April 22 2023) . It was her first time traveling outside Africa. She has no phone. This was suppose to be adream vacation for her.

      I had a ticket to fly with my husband from ***** -> *********** -> ************** on February 15th, 2023. I continued on flight **** flying without my husband. The flight reps would not allow my husband to board, reason being that the layover is 24 hours and he would not be able to transit in ************ for those amount of hours (because he only has a ******** passport). From there I was sent to customer service representative. The rep said my best option was to get a flight in which the layover was shorter. The rep had me pay money ($266 for both me and my husband) to change our flights but due to time constraint she was able to only change my ticket and not my husbands. I want a refund on the ticket I purchased for me and my husband back on my credit card. I also want a refund for the changed ticket (that is the new ticket me and my husband had to purchase but went to waste since my husband didnt get to fly on FEB 15, 2023). Im very distraught and disappointed with Qatar Airways once again. Customer service is very poor and I can never seem to obtain proper help or answers to my questions.

      I flew through this airline only once. I have been flying for last 20 years and no airline denied me of webcheckin. No airline said I cant choose my seat when I am ready to pay in advance. They allow me to book my international flight from BOM-*** and gave me an option of codeshare but never mentioned that I would be restricted so much and would have go through so much hassle even after calling both airlines repeatedly they cant help. Why make these kind of arrangements when you can not exercise this correctly.

      Did not receive a whole refund on a refundable fare! They make your start the trip before you can request a refund, then recalculate the fare. Its fraudulent and their responses to me directly and to all BBB complaints is just to say they did nothing wrong. Wow, will not be flying with them if I can help it.

      I wish option for zeros star. I made a booking for flight which is going after 6 months. They change time for one hour and 10 minutes. When I ask them please change my flight to earlier flight they told me you have to pay since minor time change. hour and ten minutes is not a minor time change. I told them I am happy to take earlier flight and they have availability but they said I have to pay for flight change. Why do I pay for flight changes done by your company such a best experience from Five start rating airline.

      I paid for extra legroom and never received it. I requested a refund over 45 days ago, and still no response. An employee at the Qatar Airways counter in **** even informed a customer that launching a complaint won't do anything and he would still keep his job no matter how upset a customer got. I wouldn't be writing this review if the customer service was rude or if they were poor. I am writing this review because I paid for a service they did not provide, and they have not refunded my money. To me, that is a scam.

      HOW MANY IN customer care has experienced the plight of the hapless passenger, stranded at the airport, for errors of officlals?
      I was told I could not board, QR 716 Houston TO DOHA & onward to KOCHI INDIA ON 8th SEPT 2022. A dear nephew was getting married, and i had long planned this trip, to take time off from my clinic schedule for this event. A very rude official at the counter , flatly denied entry stating I did not have my old US passport. I showed him clear evidence on the Govt of India website that this was completely unnecessary , that old rule was rescinded 2 years ago. i had my OCI card , and that was all what was necessary to enter INDIA for senior citizens..
      I THEN CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE in Doha,whom i must appreciate after spending 2 hour on the phone, she arranged a ticket for me the next day, but would not be able to allow the business class upgrade , net loss financially $ 459.00. net remorse? considerable, now lost 24 hours of my 1 week vacation, missed the wedding, barely made it to the reception. NOW READ THIS CAREFULLY! NOBODY ASKED FOR THE " OLD PASSPORT" the next day!!!
      This refusal to entry was no fault of my own, but was on a unilateral decision by rude airport officials manning the Qatar counter that previous day.
      Customer care, ** *.....e THE VIP premium care officer, did respond, and asked for passport copies of both me and my husband,as he had made my booking on his app.
      but no reply after that. The case number was cited on the EMAIL ref used: & repeated reminders were ignored
      This is no way to be bumped off , especially for people like me , single woman traveling alone,
      the staff were not even willing to listen nor see the evidence, and a request to speak to a supervisor were rudely denied.
      Deeply dissappointed ,i hope this may help other customers,and for now Qatar airways has lost a customer .

      Worst Airline ever. I paid for extra leg room and never received it. I flew for 24 hrs in a tight seat and legging were really hurting. Called Qatar before getting on the flight and was told to call after I get off. I called and then was informed to file a refund request online, it could take up to 28 business days to respond. It has been 30 business days and have not received my refund. I have not been able to speak with a manager and the customer service reps are trash. They keep saying I do not receive a refund. Basically, they stole my money because I never got the opportunity to even sit were I paid. At this point I do not how I can get my money back. I will keep calling because that makes no sense. On top of that, me and my companion did not sit together and the food was terrible.How are they still in business in *******?

      I would like to say I had the worst experience ever flying with Qatar. I have bought a costly ticket to fly from ********* to ***************** and also from ****** to *********.My first problem was in my departure from ******** to **** during my checking when I was forbidden to go on board with my two bags, a carry-on bag and another my backpack, the attendant who was working on check-in area said to me I could just go on board with one piece, but it is not true because you are allowed to have two pieces one carry-on and your bag, and then she made me pay for overweight costing AUD364/USD250 I never saw this kind of the situation where she made also scale with my backpack and my carry-on bag my head pillow THAT IS INSANE. It is not acceptable because I have back to ********* with the same company and I could go on board with my backpack and my carry-on bag, So what is the point in that situation? From ******** to **** It is not allow but from **** to ******** it was. Also, when I arrived at **** where a would do a 22h connection to my next flight then I tried to get into the lounge, however, the lounge was full and all the staff couldn't help with any information about how to proceed with the lounge voucher I had bought for my way back home they made me walk through the airport to talk with all departaments where I didn't get any help and that was another thing I couldn't understand, how an international airport where will be the world cup was such limited space in their lounge and the staff doesn't know anything about they own sistem. So, I had to stay in the common area, it was a terrible experience once that place haven't a lot of options for a food and places to sit down. Another point was the attendiment from all staff during the flight to **** It was terrible the staff were rude and without any patiens. I am totatly disapoint with Qatar and the overcharging I had at ******** airopot.
