      If you want an airline that messes up your life plan, you can choose Qatar! This should be their slogan and reputation instead of "World's best airline"!!!! They canceled my flight to ************ one week prior to departure time, even though I booked my ticket two months earlier. I'm an international student and it was my first time traveling abroad, I chose Qatar because I expected it to be a good trip, without any is***s. HOWEVER! not only they canceled my flight at the last minute, but they also didn't rebook, their customer care was horrible, no one answered me properly, and the only thing they said was that they don't have any available seats until the last of August! WHAT KIND OF A NONSENSE IS THAT??????? I was supposed to get to the US on August 14th at the latest, I booked in June, my whole life plan as an international student who already has many other things to do is up in the air, and now you're telling me you don't have any space for me?????!!!!!!!! WELL THAT'S NOT MY PROBLEM!! I had to get a business class ticket for a triple amount because if I missed my classes I would've missed my admission only because I booked my flight with the most irresponsible airline ever! I had to pay extra for a hotel which was even worse because it was last minute and there weren't many hotels available. Who's responsible for this??? Who's gonna answer me and give me back my money? I'm an international student I'm not wealthy enough to afford this last minute changes and I won't stand them saying "THEY CAN'T DO ANYTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" And when I told them I'll *** them they just replied "whatever suits you!!!!!!" is this a good business that cares for their customers?! I don't think so! They didn't even try to please me in any way in this horrible disaster! I'm an international student who's required to travel a lot and I'm not gonna travel with Qatar ever again!! And I'll make sure no other international student does so as well.

      8 hours after arriving at the *****************, my father and I got into a taxi to the *************. We walk in at 3am (assuming were getting on the 5:30am flight) only to learn that gate agents at ********* had lied to us. The gate agents at ***** said they were not able to ticket us on the flight and had no idea why the other agents sent us there. At this point, I demand that someone help us. The gate manager at ***** took pity on us and helped us. She had me call customer service once more, but she got on the phone with them. The call took so long that they could no longer ticket me on the flight because it was less than 2 hours away. The gate agent opened the flight and gave them all the info they needed to book me on the new flight. The whole process took an hour. Once that was done, the representative transferred us to another line to pay for the fare change WHICH I DID. Then we were repeatedly placed on hold. The gate manager pleaded with the customer service agent to hurry up, only to be informed that the flight was soon so they wouldnt be able to ticket me for it EVEN THOUGH THEY CHARGED ME FOR THE NEW TICKET.The gate agent proceeded to tell the phone representative how unethical she thought it was that they took my money again only to deny my ticketing again.Then they said I had to buy ANOTHER set of new tickets to get home at a cost of over $3,500. Ive never been extorted before but having them purposely put us through **** only to try and force us to buy new tickets certainly felt close.

      They have the worst customer care. Aweful expensive experience. First they changed my flight. I paid extra to have a short, 1 hr., layover. New flight they booked had 18 hrs layover. They didn't notify me till 48 hrs. before flight, so hotels and loung was already booked. I was on WHEELCHAIR. Flight of **** hrs ti *** became 20 hrs. due to weather conditions. After a 42 hrs flight I received my luggage and noticed it was damaged, 2 of the wheels missing. I sent emails with pictures, but they denied any compensation politely by referencing article numbers from fine prints. ITS FRUSTRATING!

      I booked a qatar flight from **** to ****** and needed to cancel within the 24 hrs period. i called two separate agents to ask the policy and they assured me its full refund since its within the 24 hr period. I gave them my locator no and they even saw that my outbound date was oct 16. they assured me again that since its 24 hrs it will be fully refunded. i went ahead and cancelled and then got an email where they are only refunding partial amount. This is not accepatable since your agents lied to me . very shocking coming from a reputable airline like yours. pls contact me and explain why i was not refunded the whole amount even though they said my cancellation was within the 24 hour period.

      Qatar airways is by far the worst airline ever. Don't be fooled by their fancy ads. We wanted to try Qatar airways for the first time and see how good the airline is. That was our first time and for sure it will be our last. We checked our luggage with the airline at the departure airport 4 hours before our international flight. The flight was delayed 2 hours, the crew at the gate refused to tell people why the flight was delayed and kept it a secret. Most people at the gate sat on the floor because there were no enough seats. The gate terminal was small even though the plane was a jumbo size and had a large number of passengers. Once we boarded the place, one passenger placed her carry on bag in the walkway in the plane and people could not move to their seats. The flight attendants would not do anything to ask the woman to remove her bag. Once we arrived our destination, we found out that all of our six check-in bags never left the departure airport. We received our bags at the destination country a week later. When we tried to speak to a manager or supervisor to let them know what happened and share with them our bad experience, either the customer service keeps us on hold for hours or some of the customer service insist that we only talk to them and would not let us speak to a supervisor. They deserve ZERO star rating but the system is asking for star rating so that I can submit my review. That is why there is one star rating. I don't recommend this airline to anybody and will never ever fly with them again.

      Worse Airline Ever this Qatar Airways. ****** by losing our luggages for 3 days and did not even bother to notify us that it arrived already at the airport. Arrived from ******, ** *** to *****, *** with a stopover at ****, Qatar. Our luggage did not arrive with ** including our other couple friends for a total of 6 luggages. They arrived 3 days later but we had to search for it ourselves at the airport since we were leaving for another destination for ********. The Freaking Qatar couldn't care less of notifying ** where our luggage is and their website ****** on filing a complaint. Worse worse worse Airline ever. No I won't even give them a 1 star because they don't deserve it but they're making me leave 1 star. Zero star is more like it.
