      I deposited a check on Saturday July 9th from one of the largest car sales places in the country in a branch in ******* ***** **. The ATM said the first $200 would be available immediately and the rest would clear on Tuesday July 12.

      The remaining money has NOT cleared. I was on the phone with chase bank for over an hour yesterday and they said to call back today. I called and now I am told the check will not clear until july 20! This is 11 days after the atm deposit.

      This is absurd, misleading, and ridiculous. The check was coming from one of the largest auto sales places in the country. Now I am unable to purchase another car. Also, Chase wants to hold my money and mislead me for a week. The ATM said it would clear by the 12th!

      I demand my check funds to clear immediately. I have been a loyal chase customer for years. I am very upset and this is a problem.

      This complaint is against the claims department at chase bank. I called chase to report a fraudulent transaction that took place on May 15, 2022. There was $160 that were sent to a random number from my account via Zelle. I called chase and let them know about the fraudulent transaction and they reversed the amount back into my account after acknowledging there was no prior history with the number associated to where the transaction was sent. Weeks later I come to find out the amount was reversed back into that fraudulent account because Face ID was used to unlock my device and that the account sent to was within my geographic location and also because I regularly utilize Zelle through my chase account. Ive been a chase customer for many years and have not experienced anything like this before. They are unwilling to help or look further into this situation.

      I held a joint checking account with my mother, my sister, and myself with Chase Bank. The account and statements would go to my address and I would handle the account. My mother passed away a decade ago. After my late father's affairs were resolved recently, I wrote partial payoff checks for my sister and my brother. After they confirmed that they had deposited their respective checks, I called Chase Bank in order to both issue a final check in my name and to close the account in its entirety. I fully explained the reasons for the closure of the account. The individual fully understood my explanation and provided condolences for the loss of my mother. He said that he would handle the final check disbursement in my name ($4,227.07) and close the account.Two weeks later, I receive a check in the $4,227.07 in the name of my LATE mother. The account had erased my name from the account even though all statements and the handling of the account were at my address. I went to the Chase Bank branch near my present credit union at ******************************* in ***** *******. The branch manager is *******************. At that time, I was assisted by a *****************************. She got on the phone, and she said that I would be issued a check for the amount above in my name within ***** hours. No check came.I have returned to that very same branch an additional six times, mostly dealing with an *************************. Each time, I have been promised that a check will be issued in my name; each time, I never receive any such check. The account apparently shows a 0 balance.The last time that I went to the branch, **************** informed me that he does not have the authorization to request the desired check. This was after seven total visits to that branch. There are more details for this absolute debacle, but this is the synopsis. Both Chase Bank in general and this branch in specific have no desire to truly accomodate my need.I am close to filing suit against everyone seeking punitive damages.

      Chase closed my checking account without any notice after a check was deposited. The check cleared in my account and when i went to access my funds I realized my account was closed and could not access my funds. Its been several weeks and Ive been given the run around on how I can get access to my money. Ive sent the branch and branch manager numerous emails. I have payments that are not past due. All due to this issue! I just want my funds

      I was leasing a car with Chase Auto finance from 7/2018-7/2021. When the lease was up, I found Texas Trust credit union to get a loan through and bought the car through them. There were apparently taxes due for my country for the car and Texas Trust credit union paid them and notified me. Apparently Chase Auto paid them as well without asking me or getting permission to do so. Now they are trying to get me to pay them what they paid to the county. I explained that my current loan holder had already paid those taxes and they would need to contact them to get reimbursed. They said they would not do that, I would need to get them proof that they had been paid from Texas Trust credit union. I asked them to contact the loan holder and they would not. I got the information required from Texas Trust credit union showing it had been paid and mailed it over a week and a half ago. And when I mailed it, I told them they never asked my permission to pay that bill and they were no longer financing my car. I told them if they continued to threaten to send me to collections, I would sue them. Not sure why this is my problem at all. Chase took it upon themselves to pay something for a car they weren't even financing anymore. Sounds like they need to pursue the money they lost and leave me out of it.

      My brother ******* ****** was killed at his home at ***** ***** ******** *** ******* ********* I am the Executor of his Estate. J Morgan Chase Bank as put the home in my name but as not paid out the insurance to his Estate I am asking for help to get the insurance so I have handle the estate's affairs handle and completed so I can be done with his business. The deed was given to me in January of 2019 but I have not gotten the insurance that was covered in His Mortgage payment. When speaking with the insurance, they said it as not been paid out, so why not
