      Chase costumer service is terrible. I signed up for their ******** preferred card only for them to significantly devalue the points a few weeks later by removing the card's x1.25 multiplier. Since they also upped the welcome bonus from 60k points to 75k, which is equivalent to the original offer with the original multiplier, I called to see if they would match the new bonus. The agent just said there isn't a button on her computer for that so they can't do anything. Really? So when there isn't a button for something you go tell your costumers oh well, to bad? This is a bait and switch paired with garbage service. I don't think I'll be staying with chase after this.

      THIS MATTER IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT THE ******* APARTMENTS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT JUST NEEDS THOSE TWO CREDITS OF $499 . SO I CAN AVOID BEING EVICTED. I HAVE BEEN CALLING CHASE BANK SINCE JUNE 6TH . LAST WEEK FRIDAY AND LAST WEEK TUESDAY.

      Went in to transfer 200 from my cd account and the lady closed my whole account and moved all my money to checking. Instead of taking responsibility and explaining how the lady was new and how THEY MESSED IT UP. The manager kept trying to put it back on me and being lil smart. NOW WHY THE **** would I ask u to close an account I was saving up for a house and building interest for?! The words “close my account” never came out my mouth!!! The only solution the manager could come up with is setting a new cd! I just lost all the interest I was building for the past 6 months!!I I pointed to another employee who had helped me last time and how he had me in and out. She started getting frazzled, went to the the back talking about “im losing my mind”. *** *** **  closing all my chase accounts, and will never be back!!!!

      I am very disappointed with Chase bank. After a 20+ year relationship THEY decided to close my account with no explanation given to me. They just decided that I can no longer be a chase customer!! ?? Again, no reason was given to me as to why they decided to end my banking relationship with them. After 20+ loyal customer years!! That is totally absurd and upsetting!

      They put a 10 day hold on my deposited check. The check cleared my bank June 18th and I began paying interest on the money that day. It is now June 23rd and Chase is STILL refusing to release the hold on my money. For me, this is inappropriate AT BEST, and more likely criminal. They have taken my money and are using it as they see fit, INTEREST FREE! Complaints to their "customer service" department were a waste of time!

      Zero! They were trying to push me into paying my bills on ****** Pay by not having my debit card mailed to me in over a week. Went to bank to get a card or at least numbers to pay already late bills to no evail. They told me ****** pay has my number and I can pay on there if I can't wait. IVE NEVER HAD ****** PAY NOR SET UP AN ACCOUNT! To my surprise ALL of my debits were on there, NEVER WAS ON ****** PAY OR PUT MY NUMBER IN THERE. They wouldn't give me my card number so I closed my account and they let me lol. WOW! Can't give me my own debit card number but ****** pay has it in there!

      OUR COMPLAINT
      Jp Morgan chase had used my acct without my prior consent or let me know through available modes of communication. This caused significant disruption to my incomi g payment checks due to which I could not pay my phone bill and also delayed ongoing job opportunities adversely. It disrupted the payments which were ongoing incoming in to my chase acct and caused delays to me receiving my payments . I only found out when I was trying to login to my chase acct. Upon inquiring and personally walking in to the branch the bank offered me wrong information saying that they will mail the check to my home address which was wrong information I verified with another bank employee and they said they cannot do that. They could have informed me notified me in advance so I could let my job employers know that not to send deposits in to my acct Jp Morgan chase did not email me , call me ot leave me a message or send me postal mail before abruptly closing my acct. This had adversely delayed my work and bills .

      Some reason they deleted my review. But let me tell you how terrible it is banking with Chase. I’ve never been more scrutinized by a bank facilitating MY MONEY. I just opened an account two weeks ago and haven’t received my debit card so I’ve had to make transfers to my other bank that is linked, and I still had to talk to customer service four times to answer ridiculous security questions. Then they don’t even ask you real security questions and try to trick you with the answers. With ******* *** you can verify transactions with the text but Chase wants you to call them and answer 10 different questions!!! I can’t wait to close my account after I get my $300.

      This review is strictly for the business not the specific bank branch location. BEWARE OF BANKING WITH CHASE. They are not here to back you. If you have thousands in your account someone can charge and you are not protected. I had an unauthorized transaction for near $1,000 I called and canceled my card and had a new one sent. I was told I would have my account credit in 1-2 days and then an investigation would take place. I have a **** ** ******* account and a Chase. This unauthorized transaction caused my Chase account to go negative but I was told not to worry as it would be reversed with the credit. After 6 days I was told the investigation was completed and denied. I was never credited and all the late fees are not going to be reversed. Over 13 late fees ($34 a piece). This is the first time I’ve had this happen with over 7 years of banking with them. I have went to the executive office and spoken to over 5 executives managers. Some very rude some nice. I was told this is unfortunate but we can’t do anything for you. BANK SOMEWHERE THAT CARES AND PROTECTS YOU!

      I have three accounts, and wish to close one of them , ending in **** I have wasted my valuable time with Customer Services back in May 2025.
      I was NEVER sent written notification that your account policies had changed in regards to maintaining a minimum balance with my account ending in ****.
      On May 8th, I saw a $12 fee on my account,
      which I called within 48hours to complain about
      why, since this has not happen in the years I've
      had the account.
      I confirmed with ********* to Closed one of my accounts today, June 17, 2025. One of the customer service departments wad not helpful at all.
      On May 12, I was credited for the $12.
      However, they recharged me again on June 9th for the same date of May 8th (after I was credited)?!
      I am planning to close this account, since your inefficient Customer Service Representatives do not honor good long-term customers.
