      What a ****** bank, ****** app, ****** customer service. And they DONT care. Weve had lots of issues but today was the last straw. Apparently a check I used mobile deposit for earlier this month didnt come over in their system properly. When I scanned it, it looked fine. There was no error, nothing indicating that the picture wasnt good enough. But apparently some numbers got dropped off the account when it was digitally uploaded. They charged me a $12 fee because it didnt go through!! That *** be chump change to some people but it takes me more than an hour to earn that much money and with the current economy were struggling. I called Chase and spent forever on the phone with them and they wouldnt do anything except file a complaint. Weve been banking with them for over a decade and we were talking about opening a credit card with them next year when hopefully well be earning some more. NOPE. Im going to take my business and money elsewhere to a bank that wont steal my hard-earned money. I told them all this and that I was planning on closing the accounts over this once I find a bank I like and do you think they cared one bit? HA! Well, Chase. I hope you enjoy that $12 thats been added to the millions of dollars you already have. Im sure it made a huge difference for you! Meanwhile, Ill just be figuring out how to pick up another shift or cut down on groceries for my little family this month. Because that $12 DOES make a difference to me and my kids. Real classy.

      Someone hacked into my account and Chase denied me my money back because they said the demographics didnt change as it was happening. So they assumed that I authorized the transactions. Im so dissatisfied with their service and out of date security system. Theres people calling with my information and using Chase branch numbers to trick you into into giving out information. Then once I filed the claim they sent an email saying beware of scam calls

      Three different staffers lied that I would get credit card bank statements. Each time, they claimed I would after I was merely confirming with them.Also, Chase has a policy where you can't have lost funds recovered that you lose due to a scam if you don't report it within two years. It should be at least three years. I called as soon as I considered that the funds could be recovered after I was scammed. However, it had been two or three months past two years.

      zero star not allowed i had the worst customer service today with *************************** Branch manager she is unprofessional rude condescending.all i want to cash my check she told mi you can not cash the check because you dont account with chase i said i will open an account, And i have to wait 2 days i agree the she told me i cant cash my check a full amount i asked why is my account i can pay the monthly fee and i can used my accuse the way i like she said you can not open an account because you may cash your found i have everything recorded
