A hacker hacked into my account and withdraw money from both my savings and checking ($37,000)I contact their customer service, who transfered me to their fraud department . I asked them right away what my balance was in my accounts. They said $20,000 savings and $17,000 checking. Which told me my account had not been scam at that point. I tired to instruct him to stop any activity on my accounts. I was put on hold for almost an hour. Then decided I was not going to wait any longer and drove to my bank. When arrived at bank my accounts had by that time been emptied.I have had to deal with their sub-teldphone system many time before For chase to try and put the blame on the customer is completely inappropriate.Approximately my funds were located and froze by ******* and $20,000 was put back into my savings account, the other $17,000 is still in ******* and been almost five years I have not been able to get ******* has refused to give me access to.Need your help, I'm a disabled Veterans and this money means a lot to me.

Customer ******************** Constantly cancel my wire transfers citing security reasons. Do not even bother to call me first. Never disclose the actual reason. Once canceled my wire transfer to IRS. How stupid is that? How possibly can payment to IRS be a fraudulent transaction? **************** is horrible, the wait is very long, and they almost always transfer you to multiple points/people each with its own wait.

Chase lied to me about a product: Chase ***************** After countless hours on the phone, and asking all the questions, I added my wife as an authorized user. I then found out that the product was not as represented. For starters, I was explicitly told by Chase she would be able to have her own authorized access on her portal, and that we would be able to track charges made on cards. This is a feature for authorized users at ***************** ******** has a version of this, and many other credit card companies as well. After I called to setup her access, I was told she wouldn't be able to get access, only the primary account holder can have access. I asked her why I was told this, maybe another product has this feature. I asked her a very explicit question if another product at Chase has this feature, she said no. Come to find out, there are business products with this feature, but not personal. I was lied to by two individuals, and when I reached out to Chase about the situation, they said "sorry the inconvenience" and they cannot do anything because "we believe that following the same policy for all our customers is the best way to remain fair and consistent".

Worst bank to deal with. Opened a new Total Checking account with nothing but problems from the start. First, it was a W-9 problem and I had to go back to the bank with another signed hard copy. Two weeks later they send me a letter requesting me to fill out another W-9. They are now closing my account after two months stating a check I electronically deposited was a fraudulent check because they could not verify the name and phone number. I went to the branch manager with the check explaining to him that this is from one of my tenants who has been with me for 12 years and owns over 40 franchise stores. This tenant has different corporate names for stores in ***** and ************** and if you call the phone number on the check they will verify that the company name that is on the check is part of their main company, but instead, they refused, saying they have their own methods of check verification and the phone number doesn't match the name. All they would say is it is a fraudulent check and we are closing your account, but you won't get the existing money for at least 3 weeks. All they had to do was call the number and ask them about the check but they refused. So now I have to call my tenant and cancel the first check and have them issue a new one. For the last 12 years, I have deposited this franchisee's check in my *** Bank account and my ********************* account with no questions or problems about the corporate name on the check. I only opened the Chase account because we moved and Chase Bank was nearby. Most banks would just put a hold on the check until it fully clears. I told the branch manager this but they refused. I wasted my time and energy dealing with this BS. I should have just read the reviews and I would have avoided this **** You would think they would welcome new business but from my 45 years of experience dealing with banks, Chase Bank does not care about their customers and is by far the worst bank I have ever dealt with.

Add another 1 star to the list. My wife and I booked a trip to ******, ****** through the Chase website were we found a 5 star rated hotel. Upon arriving at the hotel and getting to our rooms we immediately noticed THERE WERE NO LOCKS ON THR DOORS! Im not sure about you but when I stay at a hotel, let alone a 5 star, I expect locks on the doors. Am I the only person whos perplexed by not having this built in safety feature?! We of course left as this was every room at the hotel and I didnt feel safe staying in a foreign country without a locking hotel door. We filed a claim online and were denied? Apparently safety or inhabitability isnt something youre protected by? Who in the world calls a hotel and asks if they have locks on their doors?! Shame on you Chase and the Card Member Services. And when I was told I could appeal online theres no option to actually appeal. Beyond disappointed in the result and apparent disregard for our safety.

I opened a new checking/savings account giving both my residential and my mailing address. I have a total of three credit cards with statements going to the mailing address. I received correspondence that there was an issue with my mailing address and I need to inform them and provide documentation. If not they'd freeze my account (one week after I received the letter) and close it two weeks after that. I can call and provide the information needed to keep the account open. INCORRECT. YOU CAN'T. I was told I can provide a credit card statement (I used a Chase credit card statement). INCORRECT. YOU CAN'T. I had ten different answers from 5 different people. Then they try and shift the blame to the local branch. I have never dealt with such a bunch of incompetent customer service representatives in my life. Chase Bank really needs to make sure their staff is on the same sheet of music. Provide accurate information on how to resolve an issue. Not make up things as you go along. Talked to someone today and was told the department I needed works M-F 9-5. No Saturdays and Sundays. Chase Bank needs to have people working in every department every day. No wonder nothing gets accomplished and I am getting punished for their failure.

This company is not for the customers . I have 2 accounts with this company . A credit card and auto loan and both are in great standing , no missed payments , great credit score . No issues on my credit history at all . I actually have exceptional credit history. I have a better credit score then when i first applied and i also make more money , but due to the fact that i have 5 other credit cards ( all still in good withstanding) they have reduced my credit balance for over $1500 . Just because of that . no other reason . Makes no sense . Aren't they supposed to be helping build your credit score instead of hurting it ? In that case I would of closed the account and just paid my balance . They **** . How u discipline me for doing nothing wrong ? like NOTHING . HOW IS THAT FAIR ? You usually get a credit increase for being a good customer .. but ******************** REDUCES IT INSTEAD . I would of expected more from them they ******* **** . DONT DO IT ! They will mess your credit up for nothing . Like NOTHING .

Chase is my car loan carrier for years now. Im on my 2nd car thru them. I had a mishap at the bank which sent my account past due 40 days. I called to have my missed payments added to the end, so I can have time to resolve the situation and was DENIED BECAUSE. The supervisor said there was nothing she could do and instead offered me to turn my car in voluntarily or go borrow the money. OBVIOUSLY I WOULD HAVE BORROWED IT IF I COULD HAVE AND A REPO VOLUNTARILY OR NOT IS NOT A OPTION I HAVE 5 kids. I feel that as a long time customer who has paid her ****, for the most part, on time and this is my 2nd car THEY COULD AND SHOULD DO BETTER BY ME. I know this will be my last time using them. If you have a hardship they will not help you no matter how great of a customer you are!
