      I paid these guys on time and never missed a payment and paid down my balance and they closed my account right after I paid them off. ******************. Do not trust them for anything. I never will again...

      When I opened this account from day one, they continually kept freezing my funds when Im out handling business, they have caused me a huge inconvenience. The biggest inconvenience was me depositing the last money from my deceased father and into my account and they totally blocked me out of my account and two days later they closed my account. They are very unprofessional and have caused a huge inconvenience from the beginning. This is the worst Bank I have ever put my trust in. Shame on them for treating their customers as of no importance.! They should not be allowed to stay in business.

      Do not use this bank or credit card. They have the worst credit card and fraud protection. Worst customer service to get in touch with a live representative.

      I have been a member with Citi credit cards since 2018 I have a 100% percent on time never late pay history with all five credit cards from Citi, I obtained a lower interest loan to consolidate my higher interest credit cards with Citi, two days after the balances were all paid off, they reduced my revolving line of credit over $7000.00 dollars which they have done before, as a result of them, decreasing my revolving line of credit, my score has dropped over 40 points and will no doubt continue to drop. I am requesting that Citi increase and restore my revolving credit limit to what it was prior to the decrease, what they have done is absolutely unfair and unjustified and they cannot even provide me a valid excuse why they did it

      I paid off the balance of my best buy Credit card and they never reported it to any credit bureau. They are making like I own them money? I called them and it said I don't have a payment due. I paid it off 4/5/25 and in a couple of days it will be a month ago. Having a very high interest rate was bad enough but, this thing that I'm talking about pushed me to the edge and I cancelled my paid in full rent card. ******

      Ive only been a costumer of this bank for 24hours and the costumer service is HORRIBLE! I was approved for a credit card online yesterday and when I called I was informed that I will receive an email for a temporary virtual credit card to use online while I wait for the physical card to arrive in the mail. It has now been 24hours and since I havent received the email, I decided to call and inquire. I was transferred at-least 5x because each representative is stating that a different department handles this situation, clearly no one knows anything or simply dont want to do their job. Two of the representatives hung up the phone on me when I asked for a manager to assist me. ******** from the technical support department has a disgusting attitude!! I will certainly be closing this card very soon.

      worst bank ever. find every absurd reason to lower credit limits or make user friendly options difficult. never listens to customer needs. similar to ***** fargo or worst. Will never do business again once credit is paid off.

      I have a credit card with this company. I ordered an XBOX x series online the the beginning of last year and never received it. I reported this to them about 10 times and screenshot everything, gave them proof that I ordered it and never received it, and they still made me pay for it. 400 dollars down the drain for something I never received even though they claim that you are not responsible for fraud. The website was a fake website and after reporting all of this too t hem, giving them screenshots, giving them the web address, giving them the fake receipt I got from the website, the website entirely disappeared from the internet and I was ripped off 400 dollars from a fraudulent website. Citi told me I had to pay for the fraudulent transaction. Do not ever trust this company when they tell you that you are not responsible for fraudulent transactions because that is a lie. I reported them to the ************************ as well. Poor people can't afford to just hand Citi 400 dollars and never receive what they paid for.

      Multiple Citibank representatives initially claimed that an incomplete ****************** and the accompanying check were mailed back to the customer on March 31, ******** customer was told to wait seven ********************** days for the return but did not receive the documents.After repeated follow-ups (April 2, April 10, April 11), Citibank admitted they still had the check and application, contradicting previous statements.The customer requested immediate return of the documents and tracking information, but as of April 13, 2025, had received neither.The ongoing delay and inconsistent communication have caused significant inconvenience and frustration, raising concerns about Citibanks customer service and reliability in handling ******************s.The customer has warned that legal action may be pursued if the issue is not resolved promptly. After this, 2 days later I received my information back with tracking.

      citi bank it's probably the worst bank I have seen.This bank is run by algorithms, there is no human touch behind anything they do, it is a mindless automaton.their customer service does not exist, stay away of all their products, especially their credit cards.They're completely untrustworthy, and totally incompetent.Stay away, there are many other options.
