      The branch office is great, but calling their customer service is a serious nightmare. You ate hold for 5 hrs, they keep transferring from 1 department to another. The worse of it is that they don't speak English. I am not racist, but seriously they do not understand or have a clear understanding what anyone is anyone is saying. This is becoming a nightmare, I have spent 10 hrs plus going on 3 days plus because anytime I use my card the bank creates a fraud alert and can't use my card.

      Worst Customer Support.Cannot send anything via ***** without having account blocked.They had no issue receiving money via ***** but the one time I tried to send money they block my account.Only way to unblock is calling their number and they just passed the buck 4 times , transferring me over and over in a circle taking over 2 hours just to figure how my life story and all my private information that makes me even more susceptible to frauds.Before they unblocked me and now I have to ask all these questions on the site just to send some money.Bring back ACH bank to bank transfers for consumers, no need for all the hassle.Horrible citibank customer service, been with them since my college days (2 decades+), maybe its time I switch to a different bank with better service and less hassle.

      Do not bank with citi. Im a stay at home mother with a 1 year old. My husband and I make it work but its hard. We basically live paycheck to paycheck and the customer service is unhelpful. Theyve taken our money with no real excuse to why. And my husband worked for 2 weeks and theyve taken every dime. Were going to be homeless. I really dont know how were going to make it. Avoid citi at all cost.

      Ive been a loyal customer to ********************** Credit Card for over 10 years. Have always paid on time and use it for basically everything. Recently I was charged $3400 ** instead of $3400 pesos in ******** ****** (on a golf app) for 1 round of golf with my wife. It seemed like a fairly cut and dry dispute so I decided to dispute the charge. I mean most people understand that 1 round of golf for 2 people shouldnt total $3400 **. Several days after filing without any phone calls or emails regarding the claim I get a letter denying the dispute and telling me they are leaving the charge. I immediately call and after about 20 minutes I finally get to speak to someone who sounded like they were located in *****. I wont go into the details but it ended up being an hour of my time that I will never get back. I understand most companies outsource customer service but something as significant as an overcharge of $3200 ** Dollars I should be speaking to someone in the **. The person on the phone likely knows as much about golf and ******* Pesos as I do about Cricket and Rupees. I finally decided to just call the app from where the round was purchased (*******). In less than 15 minutes they immediately knew I had been overcharged and gave me back a full refund. In Hindsight I should have probably just done this to begin with. However given the lack of customer service I will be moving my ********************** elsewhere.
