      Citibank US unbelievable y'all are outsourcing your dispute and customer service department. ?? They have no true soft skills, unable to problem solved, nor can they get a supervisor on the line without hanging up the phone to avoid the feedback that is desperately need for their training. Paying them a fraction of what you would a U.S employee yet they are the ones you trust with your business relationships. I open a dispute sent the info request. Not sure what else can be sent letting you know Item not received and what the product was. Spoke to an agent before the investigation was completed, to only receive a letter stating you never received the info when your agent confirmed they did. What kind of circus are you running I promise you every outlet I'm on everyone that ask me about your bank will know not to trust there money with this bank. Recently been hung up on by one of your dispute agents cause a supervisor was needed. Please do not ask for a pm to solve the issue when the issue should have been solved when I was on the phone one call resolution is not in the cards for this bank. No wonder these side hustle banks is taking money from you big banks because they hungry. You cocky banks forgot how to treat each customer as if they are your only customer. NO SHOULD ********************** GET YOUR MONEY AND PLACE ANYWHERE BUT CITIBANK AND * *** * BANK.

      Citi one day canceled my credit card after I verified with them that all the transactions on file were legit. And when I called back to check what's going on, their representative refused to admit their mistakes and hung up on me. Now I'm being locked out of my account, I cannot see any documents in there, and I cannot use the credit card anymore. I am a citibank customer for almost ten years, and that's how they treat their customers.This bank is just full of ****** services and I would never recommend anyone to do business with them anymore. I will avoid all of their service in the future.

      The most incompetent bank I have ever dealt with, they are awful. **************** is a complete disaster and no one knows what they are doing. Run from Citibank.

      Don't use Citi ****************** Account. I have one for a long time. Recently when I needed my money transferred to my external Bank account, they have a limit of 15k per month and not to exceed 10k at one time. It probably in small print hidden somewhere when you open your account. If you needed more money, you are out of luck. They do everything possible not to give your money back in the name of security for your account. There are lot of good Banks that don't give you that trouble. Take your money to some other Bank.

      I have multiple credit cards from Citibank, with two being Citi Rewards and Citi Diamond. I have never missed nor been late with a payment. However they decreased my credit limit and caused my score to drop from good to poor. As a manager at a finance company, I feel that it is very poor customer service to harm good customers for no good reason. I choose to reward my good paying customers by increases their high credit to help them even more. This company does not have the customers best interest at heart and their customer service department doesn't care to try to resolve issues. Consumers please steer clear of this company if you are trying to build or protect your credit.

      I have been a long time Citi bank credit card customer. Until this week I have been very happy with their service. This week they have implemented a series of poor decisions/mistakes. They mistakenly turned off my card since they didn't listen. Next they didn't sent the replacement card with any urgency, which I use daily. Most importantly, they lied to me about when it was arriving when I called in for the 3rd time. They mentioned the tracking said it would arrive today, Monday, 7 days after the initial contact. I found out tonight (4th call), there is no tracking number. They have lost my trust and they have lost me as a customer. ****

      Spent two days on phone trying to get information about savings account that I opened. Phone, text, online chat no help. You talk to someone in *****! Deserve F rating from BBB. Stay away from CITIBANK.

      Worst customer service Ive ever experienced. Someone stole my identity and continues to open new accounts with Citi Bank, despite (me) making numerous calls to report fraudulent activity. Every time I call, they assure me my accounts are safe. Then I get an email stating someone has changed my personal information, and a new card has been opened, AGAIN. I asked them to just close my accounts but they told me they have to mail me a letter in order to verify my identity. So, someone else can call in and open an account, but the actual person who owns the account cant close it? Makes absolutely no sense. The person who hacked into my account is still using my card as I write this. But Citi Bank would rather wait **** days for verification, to close the account, and stop the spending!!! I am beyond frustrated and feel completely helpless.

      I accidentally entered an incorrect routing # while setting up online payments. Citi closed the account. **************** will not help. I need to change the bank info to continue online payments. They won't do it. I have never missed a payment or been late. Look out!

      Let me say absolute disaster from day one they treated me like a piece of trash I got a secure credit card through citi bank and they showed my nothing but negativity I paid my card off faithfully every month to cause I wanted to build credit I only had the card for 2 months before they put a 30 day block on my card for something they messed up on and closed my account and kept my money and told me they can't discuss anything further with me until I receive a letter they mailed out to me that I should receive in 2 weeks so I'm at a loss and they refuse to talk to me every time I call them I had a $600 secure credit limit this has to be the worst service I could ever possibly imagine from a bank there are full of it I would never ever ever ever ever recommend them to anybody I want my money back other banks are willing to work with me I am traumatized by the service I received from Citibank
